Beautiful Device . But Battery life is Good awful. Coming from an 8plus.

This iPhone 12 Pro purchased from Best Buy is not on par with a family member’s iPhone 12. In fact, the camera and photos are “far”worse than the iPhone X. I really believe the iPhone 12 Pro purchased from BestBuy is a defective phone. This will be the last thing my family purchases from BestBuy.

Couldn’t tell you much about the phone. Two weeks after purchase. It ended up in the bottom of a lake. What I can tell you is Bestbuy is extremely incompetent. Nothing like wasting 2.5 hour on the phone with 20 transfers and no resolution. My Last purchase from Best Buy!

Not happy with the new phone. Hate the swipe feature.

The agent at best buy completely misrepresented my situation with my Verizon contract and what rebates I had available from Verizon. I will not buy another phone from Best buy based on my experience.

Terrible. Ordered a brand new phone online. I was sent a USED phone. How embarrassing. It was a gift for my mom and when she got to Verizon it wouldn’t even turn on!!!!!

They should not be in business selling phone services. They do not give the correct information, they lied about services Buyer beware

One of the best iPhones I have ever had. I would still have it if the batter didn't eventually die. Highly recommend the iPhone 12.

Loved the phone and was able to get a few good years out of it however the battery life was horrible in comparison to other models

This is the best phone money can buy!! Anyone at any age will love this phone more than their best friend! The camera is better than any other smartphone and so is the screen!! The gold phone is pure beauty and gets so many compliments!

I got a deal for switching to Verizon so I bought it. I had the iPhone 11 before and the speed of 5g is way faster.

Save your money. Traded in my iPhone X Pro figuring since then the phone should be much better. Think again! maybe another 5 years or so would have made a bigger impression. The camera is no better just more useless features but photo from one to the other no better. Camera takes a picture then its a white screen for several minutes before I can view photo. My wife using her iPhone x right next to me searching web in a restaurant has no issue connecting yet my new amazing 12 sitting there with the hamster running. This phone is garbage a total waste of money. Apple is about to lose a customer that has everything Apple. We have 8 lines, I pad pro's, MacBook pro's, Watches bla bla bla. Maybe time to see how Samsung is doing.

I love apple products but I'm getting so sick of these small scams. How is it that a 1000 dollar phone doesn't include the freaking charger for it. Unbelievable.

Ordered this phone on Monday and was sent an empty box today with only plastic bubble wrap in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY
