Love the Blue. battery life is good. But, since the latest updates, phone does have a freezing issue.

I like the 5g experience it’s fast on the go so far.

I had an iPhone XS. I don’t know, I don’t see it as much of an upgrade. The phone doesn’t feel any faster than my XS. The display doesn’t seem any crisper. The phone is thicker. The only thing I think is better is the battery life.

Got this latest iPhone 12 Pro for my son. Replaced his 3 year old iPhone X. He can't stop talking about it. All the great new features. IMHO, iPhone's are too expensive 0 hence the low rating on "value".

They also say “best iPhone yet” - well, it better be since you just released it! LOL I’ve read that the glass is more drop proof, but my experience with it is that it made it easier to scratch the glass when it slides across a surface. I’m not sure of the science behind that, but it is true sadly.

iPhone is loosing its allure. Yes, it is a great phone but, it might be my last. Just too darn expensive. $1200 FOR A PHONE! Also, Apple is getting so cheap that they don't even include a charger or a cord for the stupid thing. I have had all Apple products since 1992 and their elitist attitude is offensive. Best Buy on the other hand is great and always helpful.

I recently bought a Surface Duo at Best Buy Citrus Park thinking that it is a great looking device. Unfortunately, although I like the idea behind it, the Software made my transition to Android very frustrating. So, buying this new IPhone 12 Pro makes me recall of way I am an iPhone user in first place.

This is my first I-phone and it’s taking time to get used to. The price and quality of the device are similar to an android. The biggest issue I have had with this phone is that it keeps changing the volume for no apparent reason. I’ve checked all the settings and removed the case and it still does it periodically. For the price you pay, all that comes in the package is a USB charging cable. You still have to purchase the wall plug in adaptor to charge the unit.

So far, so good. We did BOGO deal with Verizon. My first time with an IPhone cause I've always had Android so it's a bit of a learning experience. With Geek Squad protection plan that I have they transferred pretty much everything from previous phones for daughters and me.

It’s an iPhone. Great product. Just heads up on the charging cord, it’s not a standard usb anymore. It’s a usb-c. Doesn’t come with an adaptor either. You’ll have to buy that separately. Your old usb cord will still work. Just won’t charge as fast. Doesn’t come with headphones either.
