I bought this for my wife as a step up from the iPhone XS she had before and as always, Apple does not disappoint! She hasn't even scratched the surface yet as far as features and its full potential and is still a night and day difference compared to her old XS.

Great phone, seamless transfer from my old phone. Picture quality is top notch.

The camera is good but I’m not crazy about this phone it is already doing weird things like the screen will go dim and and light back up light Back up end it also seems like it has a mind of its own and it won’t play in my Bluetooth system in my new car I don’t think I would recommend this phone to nobody

Purchased along with mine for my husband. Needing to stay up to date on new technology. Wanted the silver one but was unable to get that one without waiting to have it ordered, so we settled on this color. Overall, he was pleased.

I upgraded from iPhone X. Got it when it released three years ago and wasn’t planning on upgrading to the 12 pro but did and it’s alright. Other than the camera there’s not that much of a difference

The phone is overall very good. I would recommend if you have an older iPhone.

I was unsure about purchasing the new IPhone 12 Pro. It was the best decision ever . I love my iPhone 12 Pro. So glad I purchased it. I will keep it until it no longer works for me. So far I have no complaints. Very happy with it.

the 5G sucks! Apple needs to gather their staff together make this better…and Verizon needs to reverse it back to 3 or 4 G. 5G suck! The phone is fine…but knowing the upgrades really is not an upgrade but just a bologna, they are suck too

Camera is amazing! The 5G it’s overrated other than that it’s the same.

I switched from Android to IOS and love how easy the iPhone is to use. Of course no phone is perfect, and there are some glitches, but no phone is perfect. Will continue to buy Apple products.

Upgrade from XR. So far, just ok. Way too expensive for the minor updates.

Having been an android user for many years, I was skeptical of making the switch to iPhone. So far I am pleasantly surprised. Christina, was very helpful and made what is usually a tireless experience seem extremely easy.

Very good phone. I've been holding out for several years, w/ a 5-6 yr. old iPhone 6, and pulled the trigger on new iPhone 12. It's a terrific phone, as w/ most Apple products. But I was expecting a little bit more of a "wow" factor; figuring there'd be more innovation in 5-6 years. Nevertheless, great phone. Worth getting.
