Not much of an upgrade from my 11 pro max but the size and design alone made it worth it for me since I wanted a smaller phone and got decent amount of credit.

Camera is great. Phone works great. There are many good in depth reviews of this vs other phones so if you are inclined, worth reading those. This form factor is great because its not the behemoth of the max but has the better camera. 5G can be a nuisance when you are not in good 5g range - that is its connected to 5G but not well so it seems slower than LTE in that case? Regardless 5G is the new thing so it is what it is. When 5G has good bars, its very fast. Now if IOS could bother to add split screen that would be nice.

Great upgrade from the iPhone X. The camera is amazing and lives up to the hype. Lastly, the battery is GREAT. I truly can go all day on a single charge!

Great size. I traded up from an iPhone 7 Plus which I loved for years. This new iPhone is comfortable in my hand and is much faster.

Still learning all it can do, but glad i made the plunge. It was clear that Apple was making it more and more difficult to keep a 4 yr old phone working right, so before they ran out of chips, i decided to indulge myself. Sorry that it was so much more expensive than the last one, but then, if i can keep it for 4 years, i think i will get my money's worth..... Too bad the 5G thing they've been selling for at least 3 years now, still doesn't really work anywhere but downtown big cities....

Good camera and I like the editing. Apple always seems to make good phones. I am happy so far, though I wish it was cheaper.

What a beautiful 5G phone. My granddaughter absolutely loves this phone. Photos and videos from this phone are stunning.

Upgraded to this from an iPhone SE - I forgot how nice it is to have battery last all day. Love the speed of the phone and the camera too!

Traded in my xs max for this iPhone I like the size better but it still is a little heavier than I was hoping but everyone else is great

Takes really good pictures. I like the size. Took a while to get use to the home button but once I did the phone was easy to use

Camera on the 12 is absolutely fabulous!! I have had very few issues with my upgrade!! Best Buy staff did an excellent job!

Beat iPhone I’ve had so far phone runs really fast never really lags camera is amazing takes fantastic photos.

The display and screen is so nice! Wow! Camera quality is great and the wide angle especially is pretty cool. 5G is good too.

Best iPhone yet!! I got the pacific blue and I love the new color. Phone is snappy fast and activating was a breeze.

Enjoying my upgrade Easy to navigate around and love camera and size. My last phone was an 8 and this is a huge difference.
