Great phone with amazing screen. While the upgrade often can feel anti climactic, I can tell that this model is faster than my X. So far, the battery is much much better as it often still has 50% left at the end of the day. Very pleased.

Simply love the design of the phone, the camera and the new features they added to iOS. The size is just right for my hand and it’s not to bulky to get in the way. I could see this being my phone for years to come.

Great phone! Noticeably faster than the iPhone X I had, but also a little bit more heavy. Pictures are great even at night. Bought it with the AT&T trade in offer. That process was a bit cumbersome though.

Best iPhone I've ever owned. Cameras, front and back are insanely good. It's heavier than my old iPhone 8 Plus, but much smaller and still have a bigger screen.

iPhone 12 Pro was an upgrade from iPhone 6. Quite a difference! Phone being no larger, but the screen being quite a bit larger is impressive. All data and photos switched over without a hitch. Newer technology was a big plus. Phone is fast and phone signal is stronger. Looking forward to 5G to test speeds. Best Buy crew were a big help - they had problems also. I wanted to pay the phone in full, but for some weird reason I had to finance $49.

Gets the job done, the camera being the main plus here. The screen quality is quite great too. Nice size and storage.

With every upgrade that is essentially forced upon us, it gets less and less valuable. Each new iPhone (or whatever phone you go with) is merely an update to the processor that allows the phone to keep up with the current software and functions. This phone is no different. Sure. The screen is nicer than the last, it's quicker and scrolls more smoothly (for now), apps load quicker (for now), etc. These are all things that the new phone SHOULD do. The camera is great, but the battery life is mediocre. Then again, iPhones have always had a pretty mediocre battery, as far as I'm concerned. It's a decent upgrade if you are coming from an iPhone, or any other device that is a few generations past. It will feel of more value. If you're coming from the most recent generation I don't think you will truly feel the "upgrade".

I upgraded from an iPhone X and it was worth it. The camera software is amazing. Still looking for a 5G Wideband tower but regular 5G towers are pooping up in my area. The phone itself is pretty easy to hold and daily use was no problem. Battery life lasts the whole day. I've been an iPhone user since day one and never disappointed. I always get apple care and they are pretty good with repairs and never had a bad experience.

Overall great phone! Love how it went back to the square edges of the iPhone 5; I personally think it fits my hand better. The screen is definitely nicer than the 10 I had previously. Battery life has been ok; not great but not terrible. I’m probably a heavy user though so I tend to top it off during the work day. If you have an 11 it’s probably not really worth the upgrade but if you have a 10 or below its definitely worth it.
