Worst iPhone ever. If you are upgrading don’t. There are so many Bluetooth issues. I’ve replaced phone 3 times all with same issues. Don’t buy this device until they fix it.

It's ok, does what it says on the tin. I just wish that iphones were user servicable so that I was not forced to upgrade. The planet means more to me than having a pretty phone in my pocket.

Worst service ever for a new phone. Will not shop Best Buy again. For a store that doesn’t own a large part of the market anymore I would think service would be a priority. The person working on cell phones is full of crap and tried to lie about why the new phone setup through AT&T took so long. After 3 hours he finally asked for information to actually access my AT&T account which is a requirement. About our 30th new phone so lying about not knowing how to do it doesn’t reflect well.

okay, not as good as expected. i barely see any upgrades from Iphone 11 pro except 5G.

The battery drains quickly! It was tested and they say nothing is wrong with it. I’m not happy with it at all. The battery should last on a full charge for more than 5 hours.

Have not yet even received it. I am not a happy camper. I am already being charged for the AppleCare as of November 30 and here we are on December 11 and I have no phone yet

As a long time Galaxy user, I've hear a lot of talk from the Iphone faithful. So, I decided to get one of these, because it actually makes my work easier. The Airdrop feature is still something that Samsung needs to duplicate. After a couple of weeks, this phone is "fun", but I am not blown away by it. 1. It charges sloooowllyy- I can't believe that people wait so long to charge a phone. I have Anker chargers that will charge my Note 9 in about an hour. Not so on this Iphone. It seems like it takes forever to charge. BTW, why are they still using the lightning connection? USB C is better and they use it on the Ipad pro. Confusing! 2. It is fun! Text messages are cool, the Apple emoji feature is fun. More fun than the Android equivalent. 3. It takes Great Pictures-Excellent quality. A little better than my Note 9. I would like to compare it to a Galaxy 20 or 21. At this price, picture quality should never be an issue. Still not blown away. Samsung Pay works better. Apple however, makes the experience a little better than Samsung. If I could use IOS on my Samsung phone, I might have a winner. Until then, this is a good phone for work purposes. Just my two cents.
