I had the IPhone 11 Pro. It won’t feel much different, but feels familiar. And if you enjoyed the feel of the 11 Pro, you’ll be right at home with the 12. The speed is slightly noticeable. A must for a techy, but maybe something to wait on for general phone and app use.

at first I was hesitate to trade my phone when I I saw this online, coz looks like iPhone 5 design .. but when I saw it in person It looks so durable and thick than iPhone 5.. really love this phone Good thing I’m able to trade in my old one. camera is perfect !!

My wife hadn't upgraded her phone in years (she had an iPhone 6) because she hates change. The process was smooth and easy; she was very happy. We got her the 256 gig model so she doesn't have to worry storage. Overall a very good experience.

Switched from an 11 pro max and SO much happier with the smaller size. This size is the sweet spot. That was the main reason for buying this one, most features the same. But the comfort and size should help with my bad decision to get the max last year.

Love this new Iphone! I would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade! Best Buy had me in and out within 7 mins of purchase. I recommend just buying it without paying monthly payments. Definitely worth the money.

The iPhone12 Pro is a great phone, took some getting use to after my iPhone7. The support of the Best Buy employees in transferring everything from my old phone from the new phone was excellent!

I love my new phone don’t know why I waited so long. Once you are a iPhone user you won’t go back pictures are amazing. I’m just team iPhone and IPhone 12 Pro is definitely it for me

Nice iphone from the old iphone. I’m extremely happy with my new iPhone 12 pro, previously i had the iPhone X. Very happy with my upgrade but price I think it is too high but it is apple.

Best iPhone I have ever owned, and I have owned a lot of them. Crazy fast, awesome screen, does everything I need it to do effortlessly. Cannot imagine owning any other brand of phone.

After a number of years with Samsung felt it was time to go back home via apple. With these new devices I am so glad we did, super fast and actually can tell the screen quality

LOVE my IPhone 12 Pro. The camera is amazing! It’s taking a bit of getting used to since they went back to a square round design as in the early models. So far I’m happy.

The phone has been good so far! The camera is really good quality of course. Some apps sort of close suddenly which is strange for a brand new phone but I don't think that has anything to do with the product. It's weird having the Face ID instead of fingerprint (and unideal during covid with masks on) but you get used to it.

Traded in an iPhone 7 for this model. Love this phone. Slick. Had to make some minor usage adjustments from the previous phone, but I adapted quickly.

A very nice upgrade from the 10X iPhone. Has enough storage space for pics and movies. Plays most to all the popular game apps. Upgraded camera and options.
