I love my new iPhone the camera is incredible! The photos taken in the dark are really impressive. I have included the photo I took of my dog I turned all the lights off so the room was totally dark. The phone is faster and the battery lasts.. I highly recommend this phone

As soon as the apple 12 came out I had to have it.. every few years apple keeps the same device (look, type, features) but, on the other hand every few years they make several changes, that have a significant impact on the device. I bought it a few wks after it came out (which I know several advice against bc they may have little twerks that need adjustment) that are adjusted through your device regardless. So that was a moot point.. so far I have only had 1 incident (the back broke) and at the time apple was replacing the entire device (as I heard now they replace it).. which I thought was silly on their end. But their apple, so could anything really be that silly on their end?! Lol.. either way, quick, painless process through apple care, had my phone the next day, and sent back the broken one in a box they supplied along with postage.. The only think I have been unhappy with (and this is since the iPhone X came out, when not connected to Wi-Fi, my internet barely works, if it does it takes a LOONG time to load (in this day and age prob 3 min. Lol, but still. Or sometime won’t load at all), I have called, gone through support, had them do remote updates.. also, I work from home, so mostl use my home wifi, but the three times I change my plan with AT&T I was told I “went over my data”. And when I explained I was told they never reset it. Please be weary and watch this. Also, apple 12 pro max is actually more expensive right now then the apple 13 pro max which is the newest iPhone. Should tell you something right there.. just saying

Excellent phone...replaced my XS...much better camera. Took photos at night, portraits, pets--very easy to use with lots of options. Well designed, metal case, easy to carry, still fits into pockets. Very readable screen. Too bad Apple's products are relatively expensive.

Best iPhone so far. Seems to have added a lot of features that were needed. I think I will be an apple buyer for life. I can’t remember the last apple product that didn’t perform as expected

Love this phone. I have waited long enough and finally was able to upgrade.

I was assured that this new phone would be able to pick up 5G. I have not seen 5G and I have been to several different locations. I hope this will change in the very near future.

The iPhone 12 Pro is the best phone I have ever owned, I love it. It is fast beautiful and feels great in the hand. The camera is amazing and I love the new blue color. The only thing that may be an issue to some is that it did not come with the power cube that you plug in the cord to. Not a big deal for me being I have many laying around the house and prefer to use a wireless charger anyway.

The iPhone 12 Pro was purchased in late January 2021. I have been using it daily since my purchase. I purchased the 256. The pictures I’ve taken are clearer and the zoom produces a clearer image than prior versions of the iPhone. The response time to all my emails, games, searches are quick and responsive. I did a speed test snd was 10x faster than my old 6. I also like the larger screen. Easier to see. My only negative comment is the cost. I did upgrade to the 256 which added $100 but felt I needed it. This phone is expensive but needed to upgrade so went for it. So far, only having this a couple weeks, I love it.

Sleek design with an amazing color! The camera takes better photos than the prior phone editions but I miss the home button!

This is my fifth Apple I phone. And this is by far the best phone I’ve ever owned! It is considerably faster than the I phone It replaced and 5G is yet to come to my area. The battery life is excellent with heavy usage throughout the day it is still at 70% charge at the. End of the day. The video quality and camera are excellent! Well worth the money and the upgrade!

I had an Iphone X prior to upgrading. I had reception issues in my home and intermittent issues with apps. With the iPhone 12 Pro that has 5G - no reception issues and apps run like butter. It does get a little warm after streaming some videos, but it's not too bad. Overall - I like the phone! It really does take better pics and runs a little faster than iPhone X.

The iPhone 12 Pro is a really good product as aleays, the camera does what is supposed to do and the operating system is as simple as it’s been for years. I didn’t upgrade because it’s different than the iPhone XS I used to have, I upgrade because at&t had a really good deal that it make sense to me because as you know Apple always gives you a high quality product that last for many many years. It’s a beautiful phone so in the looks department it’s great. The only thing I didn’t like is that Best Buy didn’t send it in a little box through USPS, they only use one of those little plastic bubble bag to send it to me so I’m pretty sure it hit many places before it got to my house, I’m thankful it wasn’t damage but come on its a $1,300+ dollar item you have to protect it better for transit.

Definitely an upgrade if you have an iPhone X or older. Much better camera compared to the iPhone XS. But not much difference compared to the iPhone 11. Prefer the legacy flat edge design over the previous rounded edges. Value is knocked down because they are just getting so expensive...it cost more than a laptop!

Great phone ! I prefer the Pro over the ProMax as it fits more conveniently in trouser pockets. The 256 GB storage is more than adequate (the 512 GB is an overkill, especially if you have cloud storage). The photos taken by this phone are amazing !

Changed from iphone xs to 12 pro. It's a little bigger, much heavier. The camera is a pretty big upgrade from the XS. There is no 5G in my area so I'm not seeing faster downloads. Unless you really want the camera upgrade, which I did, I would stick with and XS or 11.

I really like my new IPhone 12Pro. I upgraded from an IPhone 6s and the improvements and speed are great. The screen is remarkable and the battery life is great. I usually get 2 full days on a charge and I use my phone all the time. This is the best IPhone yet.

Love it...it’s super fast...does buffer on 5g some but that’s more of a carrier issue than a phone issue. The blue color is really pretty and it does feel lighter and fits perfectly in your hand to be able to text with one hand if needed.
