I upgraded from a iPhone 7 Plus, which I had over 4 years to this iPhone 12 Pro Max. So far so good with this upgrade. This upgrade didn’t disappoint. I like everything about iPhones period.

I bought the iPhone 12 pro max because my Samsung S9 was freezing on me. The iPhone 12 pro max doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner. This would come in handy since the phone can not recognize you with a mask on. I have to type my security pin out in public. The phone isn’t customizable like the Samsung. You have to know what you are doing. I could take a song out of a file on Samsung and give a contact special ringtone. Not with iPhone without going to App Store and purchasing a ringtone. I can’t use public WiFi at work because of the security on the phone. I have to go near a window and use my carrier data if I want to change my thermostat temperature at home from work. With my Samsung I didn’t have that issue. There plenty other gripes I have about this phone, but there are too many to mention. I regret buying this phone. I should have stuck with android. It’s not worth $1100

I love this phone, it's so sleek and works very well. It is bigger than my last phone so getting used to the size but I am thoroughly enjoying this phone! It was an easy process upgrading!

No issues with I Phone 12 Max. Battery life is good for my use.

This was a gift for Father's day my dad loves the phone it is a definite upgrade from the iphone 8 he had. The only downside is the new iPhones don't come with power box

This a great phone I definitely saw the upgrades from my x iPhone and have a better resolution and the build is better and more sharp. I would recommend this over the Samsung model

Like phone just getting adjusted to changes from the earlier version I was using. I have trouble erasing the open apps. I think this could be made easier.

Well the Pixel 4 and 5 are the reason I bought an iPhone. The last iPhone I had was the 6. iOS has come a long way and I think Apple has built a better eco system.

This is a wonderful phone, it is a nice upgrade from the iPhone 7. I definitely recommend it for those that are on the fence about it, especially for students.
