Well it took longer to get than was expected but I finally have it traded in a 11 Pro Max and it is much faster, sharper screen charging takes far less time, screen is much bigger but the size of the phone is only a very small amount (I don’t know how they did it but they did it) so don’t listen to reviews that the phone is much larger in size. Great phone with this phone I don’t think I will be trading it in soon as the other iPhones I don’t know how much more they can do with this model it has everything on it now Updating it took some time but nothing was lost do to loading all my old phone had 256GB went with the 128 GB this time you don’t need all that space on a phone about 200 GB just sat there and was never used Great Phone too many things to say about this fabulous phone, buy one you will love it

This phone is fantastic. The screen images are crystal clear. The camera is beyond superb. The look and finish of the phone is awesome. And it is 5G! If you like slightly larger screen the iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G is the phone for you.

Had an iPhone 8 Plus and didn’t feel the need to upgrade but I wanted the most out of my trade in before my iPhone hits low prices. The iPhone 12 Pro Max is a great upgrade and I personally love the shape and size of this phone. It feels really secure in the hand. As soon as I got the phone I immediately bought a screen protector and case. The sides get fingerprints very easily and I heard that the screen is prone to scratching easier? The cameras are definitely an upgrade from my old phone. They take truly amazing photos. The screen is also very nice. This phone will last me for years. Only downside is that there is no charging brick. These can be bought cheap on Amazon or you can use your old charger but it will charge slowly. The battery life last me all day, I start my day around 9 AM and find myself at 30% before I go to bed at around 11-12am

Just switched from an older Android to this phone and it was a pretty big upgrade. I've had a Mac as my personal computer for a while, have been using AirPods as my primary headphones for almost as long, and the phone was the last thing I switched over. I love how seamless the integration is between all of my devices now. Apple has created an app to help people move from Android to iOS, which made the transition a lot smoother than it would've been otherwise. This phone has a very long-lasting battery, takes beautiful pictures, and is pretty fast when it comes to processing. There are some things that I miss about the Android operating system that iOS could do a better job with, but overall I am very satisfied with my switch.

Pros: Camera is very nice - much clearer pictures Battery, thankfully, doesn’t have to be charged daily like my old 7 Plus Best Buy person setting up our phones was a pro and made it super-simple for us Received free Apple Music until October (note: I’m a new customer to Apple Music) Cons: phone is definitely heavier or it would have been perfect phone uses facial recognition so, thanks to covid, when you’re wearing a mask you definitely have to use your 6-digit code to unlock it Bummed that our carrier charged us a $40 per phone upgrade fee (one time charge) - not sure why as they didn’t do anything. Best Buy did all the set up Just a couple of my passwords didn’t update. But that’s OK.

Another excellent phone from Apple. The camera is much better than previous generation. As expected the iOS runs very smooth n it’s battery lasts long. 5G is certainly very fast comparing to old LTE tech. But whenever 5G enable it tends to make the phone a little hotter. Hopefully the next iPhone can address this issue and offer 120Hz screen.

Very Fast Beautiful screen Great battery life I was able to go three days on one in charge. Very sleek design love the square edge look to it. Only drawback if you have a OtterBox case on it will be hard to find a wireless charger that works with it. Overall very good phone happy with the purchase highly recommended.

I absolutely love this phone! Size, quality, color, camera (OH MY) and other features I was completely sold. The team of people I worked with at Best Buy were absolutely amazing in assisting me with this as well and they certainly deserve a big shout out to them! They went above and beyond the call and sincerely helped me make a better decision in getting this from the store as opposed to the carrier I have been using or years. My goodness do they have a way of ripping people off. I really haven't discovered anything issues with this model with the exception of the facial recognition that I really don't like so that's not in use. But the camera and video is absolutely stunning. I've been shooting pictures for nearly 40 years and for this to captures quick and or just to have on hand serves a great purpose rather than lugging around your equipment. I thought I did a review on this already but again. I hope the team of people I worked with truly get recognized for their efforts and help.

My daughter really likes her phone. It takes good pictures, so far the battery life seems great, it would be nice if the price was a little lower. My daughter has taken a lot of pictures. We usually use her phone for pictures, my wife may possibly be getting the same phone.

Love this phone, coming from the iPhone 11 Pro Max I am just super happy with the feel of this phone and it’s squared look. It was slightly lighter to me compared to the old model. It’s super fast and connects to 5G where available. The battery life seems equal if not slightly better than the 11 pro max.

Excellent Battery Life, Snappy Processor, Beautiful display, and High Quality Camera. I’m so happy Apple reverted back to rectangular sides/edges. It’s super reminiscent of the iPhone 5/5S, which I absolutely loved. The device itself is gorgeous, and the back is pretty scratch resistant.

Easy to use. Great long lasting battery and capacity. Great screen. Composition & predictive writing not as good as BlackBerry nor personal dictionary shortcuts. But, access to all sorts of info is much better. Best Buy staff very helpful. The device is slick slippery. Must get case.

I’ve had the iPhone XS for 2 years and decided to upgrade to the 12 Pro Max. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the smaller form factor! The large display is fantastic and the apple ecosystem is as smooth and user friendly as ever. The cameras are great and the return to the iPhone 4/5 inspired design makes this my favorite designed iPhone yet.

I’ve owned the iPhone 12 Pro Max for 5 months now. Absolutely the best phone I’ve ever owned. Finally a great battery in an iPhone. It is plenty fast for everything I do and has a great camera. A little expensive but you get what you pay for.

I upgraded from the XS Max, to this. Have not regretted it since. Works so much faster and battery is INCREDIBLE. Sound is about the same and camera is much better. It’s any other apple phone though, you get what you pay for.

The best looking iPhone in years and also the biggest. Large screen and large battery is a killer combo. The weight can be a bit much at first but you get use to it.

I have used this phone for three years now, I've dropped it onto the floor by accident countless times but it's still working just fine. I'm happy with its battery life too. Camera has nice resolution.

Upgraded from a six-year old iPhone 6 Plus. Awesome in just about every way. Apple products work, and they work well. Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. Screen quality, battery life, form factor design, apps, everything works so seamlessly. Very impressed with the photo and video capabilities.

I get a new iPhone every year and I thought this wouldn’t be a upgrade from my 11 pro max but it’s big difference. The shape, the screen size, the cameras, the 5G! It’s a much welcome but still subtle upgrade.
