Very good cell phone I had a perfectly good, little-used iPhone 8+ that I decided to replace w/a new Apple iPhone 12, recently. I acquired it through AT&T, the carrier that has been providing us w/service for several years. The new iPhone 12 is just about everything the heavy Apple promotional advertising promised, although America is slow allowing the full 5G capabilities to be fully exploited (unlike China and other nations). That said, my only real beef with the new 12 is that I am one of those geeky users who insists that a SPECIFIC Apple iPhone 12 DEDICATED user manual be accessible for new users to download. As it is, there is no such critter that fulfills this need, so I had to engage in a slow and trial-by-error process of uncovering answers to my specific user questions on-line, as they pertain to the new phone. If one is patient and persistent, all the sought-for answers MAY be uncovered, but Apple should have prepared an entirely new DOWNLOADABLE user manual specifically for those who have previously used iPhones only up to and including the 8 series units.

Sleek, fast and easy to use. The nicest phone that Apple has produced yet. Good looking colors and easy to handle. Very fast with great graphics which makes the phone to use. The features are plentiful and very impressive for all around me to easily see. Everyone wants a phone like this one in there possession.

I’m in love with this phone. I’m with At&T. It was easy to set up. I didn’t have to call anyone. Just switch the SIM cards. I upgraded from iPhone XR. Big difference as far as the size, brightness of the screen. The camera is the best I’ve ever seen on a phone. I still don’t know all the camera features

Phone is sleek looking, has a nice feel to it and fits well in the palm of your hand. Am excited and can't wait to start using it.

Wow I love it so much!!! It was between this or the new iPad, but I went for the iPhone because it’s faster. It’s really great display mesmerizes me for hours and it’s like a mini tablet which is perfect. I’m still looking for a better way to draw on it maybe I can buy a stylus online

Fast response. Brightest screen i have seen. Able to see it in the sun. The camera options are great. It has great zoom and focuses fast. The LIDAR system enhances the cameras. 3D applications are amazing with the LIDAR system.

This is a beautiful phone I upgraded from a 7 to this 12 and I’m loving it, definitely recommend. The battery life on this phone is really good I spend 24 hours oh my phone and it doesn’t need to be charged often so far I have had it 6 days and only charged it twice.

love the design, reminds me of my old iPhone 5. Slightly heavy, but i like a weight more than a feather lite phone, feels substantial. Only negatives are that a UBC -C port has not become stnadard, and that the price of these flagship phones keeps creeping up.

After decades of using work-provided cell phones, my husband finally bought a personal device. At 6'6" tall, the iPhone 12 Pro Max was large enough to fit comfortably in his hands ... without being bulky. It's a nice companion to his iPad!

I went in to purchase the iPhone 12 Pro and it was out of stock. SO happy I decided to get the Pro Max! I had the 8 and definitely would’ve missed the large phone size. Very happy I bought through here and not my service provider or the Apple Store!

Lots to learn yet but I love it already. Screen is much easier to read than my previous phone and this is first time I’ve had an Apple iPhone to go with my older iPad Pro. Anxious to learn more tricks, especially with the camera.

Have been a Apple customer for several years. Like the feel of the phone in my hand. Kinda still miss my home button, but adjusting. Still press the bottom of the phone time to time. Works quicker than my 8, but have only had it a couple weeks.

Really wanted the 12 Pro but Best Buy didn't have it. Since we needed a quick replacement, went with the Pro Max! No regrets as we were worried the larger size would be to big and add a lot more weight but ended up being a GREAT phone so far!

Love this new phone. I replaced my S10+ with this and am glad I did. I go back and fourth every few years but this is truly a solid product. Very intuitive and user friendly. Great options and easy to use. Battery life is amazing.

I got this phone the Monday after it released, I had preordered it. The phone is great, the camera is outstanding especially with the new RAW Feature from a recent update. I was able to get the Pacific Blue color which looks really good!

The performance is better compared to previous one. Specially, the camera is huge upgrade.

Brother loves it!! Ended up buying another. Then I bought 3 12 mini’s for the nephews! 12 Pro Max has a nice feel. As much as I think the iPhone 12 Pro Max is a great phone, It’s still overpriced. It’s still a phone worth buying

The wife loves her iPhone 12 Pro Max. She takes stunning photos of nature when we explore the area. It syncs perfect with all of her other Apple products.

Love this new iPhone 12 pro Max. Excellent display and great speed. Best Buy’s buying process was so easy. Bought it at around midnight and picked it up in the store next day morning. In and out of the store within 4 minutes.
