Local Best Buy Store does not have the tools to fix the screen and I have lots of protection plans but no clear instruction on who will cover the repair???

New Cell Phone

The two best Buy representatives did a good job on what they could and gave us great recommendations for peripheral items such as protective covering and rapid charger.
