It was a stressful purchase. My old phone had problems that could not be easily fixed and I needed a phone right away. That day. As soon as possible. The young man who sold the phone to me was very helpful and very calming. He was able to assuage all my fears and doubts.

I really like the sleekness of this phone. It is a bit heavy but I will trade that for the multiple benefits I get from using it.

buyer's regret in some ways. Went from an iPhone X with a beautiful bright screen to what should have been a great upgrade. I don't hate it, and yes it's an upgrade, but the screen appears dull and yellowish compared to the iPhone X unless you have it full brightness. I know it's a hunk of a phone too, but wasn't prepared for just how big and heavy it is after rocking the X for so long.

Love this phone. Just wish it was a bit more affordable. Monthly payments are steep and not great for all.

I love my new iPhone 12 Pro Max! I got the gold and it is absolutely gorgeous. Like my salesperson said, Apple really outdid themselves with this gold color. My salesperson, Cody was fantastic. Helping me through the entire sale and set up process. I couldn’t be happier with my service.

Just switched to iphone from Samsung. Long story short I made a guy who hates Harley buy a brand new Road Glide so he made me buy the brand new iPhone. It's actually not bad and pretty much all the same if youre not a slave to brands.

So far so good. A little bigger than I was hoping but at the time the max was the only one available. The increased size over the standard iPhone takes some getting used to. If you don’t have big hands I recommend a case that includes a finger grip.

This is my fifth or sixth iPhone and clearly the best by far. The feel is excellent, the image quality is extraordinary and the camera system provides an array of image possibilities that easily equal a high quality SLR. I highly recommend it.

I bought a privacy screen protector and put it in an otterbox. Still managed to crack the front and back glass a few months ago but the phone is still trucking along.

I change my phone every single year and I have to admit so far this iPhone 12 Pro Max has been my favorite phone to hold. The only only only issue is the battery since I am used to the 11 Pro Max but I can deal with it.

I've had an iPhone for many generations now and I like them, with the iPhone 12 maz being at or near the top. Still has the ease of use I'm accustomed to and syncs easily across my devices.

We were helped in the most courteous professional manner. Updating our phone was a difficult decision for us. We felt at ease buying our Apple iPhone after hearing about all the features we would be able to have.

Love the phone. Hate that Adapter didn’t come with the phone and that the old adapter does not work with iPhone 12. Salesman was very knowledgeable in the workings of the phone and they were very professional.
