Good phone, bad Best Buy customer service

But the Best Buy order process is exhausting. The customer service doesn’t help through chat or calls. Order was received 5 days late. No one tells whats wrong or what needs to be done until I call and check. Could have got a better offer on the phone if I know about the delay.

The leasing enrollments, price hikes, improvement, etc etc. I only bought a new one because my last model developed a bright light across the screen 1 wk after I finished paying it. And face recognition never worked. Now no headphones or cubes in the box. Price goes up…everything else down.
