Who needs the Geek Squad

I've only had it a short time but I'm so glad I finally bit the bullet. I just wish I hadn't been dragging my feet so long to do this. On the other hand, if I'm reviewing customer service at Best Buy, at best it would be a 3 stars. I was sorely disappointed that the individual I spoke with: took my credit card, handed me the box with the phone still wrapped inside, and the receipt and said "have a good day". No offer to set the phone up? Really ? Who needs the Geek Squad? Thank G for Youtube.
