User guide has very limited information or use instructions. I was tempted to return the item. It took 9 days for item to be delivered. If I had the option of curbside pickup, I would gladly have taken it, considering that the nearest Best Buy is 2.0 miles from my house

Not as good as it should be.

I don't know if it is hardware or software. Sometimes I have to reboot the phone to get the response back to where it should be. For how expensive this phone was I expected perfection.

I kept my 7plus until battery wouldn’t stay charged. I like this phone getting use to it. But I think the battery life should definitely last longer for the amount it was.
