This iPhone is superior! I upgraded from a 6plus and was an upgrade! This is durable, I have dropped too many times to count. Talk about durable!

better than previous iPhone X. A bit pricey but does cost about the same as iPhone 11 pro max. Wish facial recognition would work with mask. I also wish it had a fingerprint scanner in addition to facial recognition.

Needs a screen protector! Screen gets scratched very easily. Thankful I have Apple Care because I have three scratches already! Speaker phone does not seem to be as loud as prior iPhones and I have to turn the volume all the way up. Other than the screen and speaker phone issue, I like the phone. Color and size is what attracted me to the phone and it did not disappoint.

Expensive but camera is huge improvement. Am happy with it.

Very please with the features and benefits of this Apple - iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G 256GB- Gold (AT&T) cellular phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus phone which served me well for several years.

I love the large, OLED screen, the speakers, the fit and finish, the relatively lightweight and the thinness of the phone. I’m coming up on 8 months with the phone and still enjoy using it.

Other than the new style of the phone, it’s your same reliable iphone!

Awesome phone battery life is not as good as the last generation 11Pro Max. Also it makes no sense that this is the only Apple device other than watch that doesn’t have usb c charging. Super annoying!

Love the new pacific blue color and features of the 12, I would highly recommend to anyone this phone and series, they are durable and last, especially over other phones that we have tried to use.

This is my first new iPhone. I was expecting a large learning curve compare to my old Samsung phone, but that really wasn’t the case. I really like Apple’s software support compared to Samsung.

This product is a must have if you want to protect your device! It’s affordable, easy to install yourself and If it cracks just bring it to Best Buy and they’ll get you a replacement for free.

Very good phone. I have had no problems to date. Totally recommend. Make sure you get the phone through your carrier. Best Buy never has any in stock.

Overall good product - still adjusting to the differences between prior iphone and new phone. Disappointed phone didn't come with a charger, simply a cable with no plug in - don't like the way apple is forcing us to continue to buy add on's to use their products.

It’s nothing special from the i pro max. I’ll be getting the iPhone 13 when it comes out. I was lucky and got $600 on the 12 pro max. If it wasn’t for that, I’d still be using the 11.

I’m an Apple junkie! And it great to possess the Mercedes Benz of cell phones! Very well put together piece of machinery! My only gripe, is Apple not including the wall charging block
