I am blown away by this new blue color. The phone is fast. Picks up 5G in areas and LTE in others. Just a little bigger than 11 Pro Max. Still learning all the phone features. Watching football has been a joy on this phone.

Bought it for wife, she loves it! Upgrading from 11 PM so she is pretty familiar, loves the camera and overall bigger screen. Previously she was using her phone half a day, now she is using almost full day

Does everything I expect it to do. Another great phone from Apple. Love the larger screen for watching shows and the keyboard for typing is way easier to see and use. I use it for quick work e-mails when I’m on the go way MORE than my laptop! Keeps me connected and professional, love it. Camera is a huge improvement too for active shots. Pretty expensive, but if you want the best of the best then you won’t be disappointed. (Plus, it’s a write off if you is own your own company!) Just gets a little slow if I’m far away from a good service area and the data stops mid gps route. Outside of a city, the 5G service is unavailable..,,but overall I’m satisfied.

I have had the phone for a few weeks now: Pros: Sounds great, large beautiful color screen, pictures at night are nice. Battery life go a full day on light to medium use. Cons: Heavy, gets really hot after using for a bit. Has lightning jack. Overall its a nice phone but I dont really see much of a difference over the IPhone XR soooooooo kind of a bummer.

Overall this is an iPhone and if you like the Apple ecosystem, lots to like here. The extra real-estate of the Max is worth it for folks who want to see a lot at one time or those that need to use larger fonts for vision. Selected the Pro model because of the more durable back that theoretically won't crack and spider as easily and got the enhanced camera as a bonus. If you are a long-time Android user, compares similarly to the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G although the sturdier back will provide a bit more protection and the straight sided screen while not as "sexy" as the Samsung beveled edge provides easier application of screen protectors and a bit more protection against minor drops.

I love my new phone. Larger size is easy in the eyes. Very simple to use and love the sleek design. So far I have really enjoyed the new phone and I am still learning the many functions.

Great iPhone! Battery life is amazing compared to the iPhone XS. Picture quality and clarity has improved. My favorite addition to this phone, they fixed the issue of the iPhone overheating when playing games on it for extended periods (30-60 min) from previous iPhone models. As a negative, Apple is trying to save a few bucks by not providing a charger or charging cord with your new phone. Not happy with that as I was looking forward to having an additional genuine iPhone charger in the house. Overall, I am pleased with my upgrade!

Camera is beyond gorgeous. The lenses are a little bit intimidating, but worth it. The size is great. My only complaints are (coming from an android user) 1) the insane amount of money that extra memory costs. 2) The cloud is not viewable on your phone like google 3) the cost in general 4) why isnt there a "back" button?

This phone is amazing! I cannot say enough about how easy it is to use, how long the battery lasts, how beautiful the pictures come out... just the best phone on the market today!

Recently switched from a outdated iPhone 6plus to the new 12.Nice iPhone faster response better battery life over all design is much better 5g way faster.Well worth the wait

Fast phone. Exceptional screen. The camera capabilities far exceed any of my point and shoot cameras. Fast Wi-Fi and 5G help make internet activities fast and efficient.

The phone is excellent. I loved the color, the new camera is impressive, and the phone is very fast. The display is great, too. But after several days, it was clear that it was just too big for me. I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max before this one, so I figured it would be fine for me, but the slight increase in size and weight was enough to make a difference. I returned it for an iPhone 12 Pro in the same color. I would recommend it to a friend, but I'd recommend trying it out at the store first.

I've had the phone for a couple of weeks now but I'm still learning my way around iOS. I've been a long time Android user but I wanted to give this a try. Although it is a big phone, it turned out to be about the same size as my Note 9 so that wasn't a big change. The screen is crisp and easy to read. Battery life is very good, I'm usually around 65% left at the end of the day. The camera is impressive, I've taken some shots in low light conditions and they look great. There's currently no 5G service where I live so I can't comment on how well that works. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fast loading for webpages and steaming. easy to use. Easy set up. Easy and quick to charge. Longer lasting battery. Still testing the camera but so far do good.

Best phone yet. It's very fast. I have excellent reception in areas that my previous phone would not work. The large screen makes it easier to do things I could only do on my laptop before. The only negative is the weight. I have to keep my belt tight or it has the tendency to pull down my pants

It’s an iPhone 12 Pro Max so there ya go. The camera is excellent, it makes it easy to shoot sharp pictures in low light. It’s zippy as you’d expect a new phone to be. I’ve heard complaints about it being too big, but honestly it’s not that bad especially if you’re used to getting top tier iPhones. Whether it’s worth the thousand or so dollars I spent on it is debatable. A smartphone is a smartphone is a smartphone. So unless you’ve never had a smartphone before there isn’t a whole lot to get super excited about.

I love my new phone, it is fast, large, cool color, and easy to use. It was so easy to set up no problems getting started.

I upgraded to this phone because of the camera system and it has not disappointed. Beyond that, however, I am not sure there would be much of an impetus to upgrade from a series X or 11 iPhone. Battery life for me has been sensational... No issues with full-day use. It is a big phone and does not fit very comfortably in the hand (one-handed use is challenging), but that is the price one has to pay for the screen real estate that comes with this phone. It was expensive, but I am very happy with it.
