I just switched from Android to iPhone and I’m really glad I did. This phone is great plus I can still access all the other apps and services I bought on my last phone. I would say the only con is that Apple provides less storage than equivalent Android phones at the same price point. Otherwise this phone is highly recommended!!!

Wanted an upgrade from an Iphone 8+ and this phone met all my expectations and needs. Didn't need to get the latest model, as this one will serve me for many years to come. Great service by the Best Buy team to swap over my old phone and get this one up ad running.

Like it, but that Face ID is annoying during this time frame due to the face mask

I upgraded from an 8+ and I have no problem with the transition. It’s very clear and the colors are bright. I thought I would miss my home button but I’m having absolutely no problem with that at all. I would certainly recommend this phone even though it’s a little bit pricey

i love my apple phone! I am so happy with my best buy purchase! I will shop again! I am a fan of apple products! The only downside for the store is there wasnt enough customer service people for the amount of people wanting for help!

Phone is awesome. Agent I first spoke to about upgrading pawned me off to to someone else. 2nd agent was cold and unfriendly at first, warmed up a bit through transaction. Felt like I was a bother most of the time I was there.

Too expensive m. Must buy ear buds, new case, charging brick.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I love my new phone. The only reason why I did not give 5 starts is because the sales rep did not transfer all my files and photos from my old phone to my new one as I requested. I even asked before the purchase and he said it was no problem. When I checked my phone I was missing 70% of my files.

Excellent phone and love it. It’s bigger than the iPhone 11 Pro Mac which is a little harder to fit in your hand especially if you have small hands. But beside that it’s a good phone
