Love the new blue color. Great for photos. Faster processing and searching. It’s an iPhone so.... Only issue is they should always come with a new charger. Isn’t that always a problem with older plugs?

love the new design on this one, it super fast when compared to an iPhone 7 Plus XD. Would recommend a case that will protect the sides unless you like finger prints on your phone ! too expensive tho tbh XD

I was torn between the 12 Pro or the 12 Pro Max. VERY happy I chose the Max - it takes incredible pictures! It’s larger than I’m used to, but I’ve grown to like it. No regrets - would recommend this phone.

I mean if you know you know! iPhones are always the most amazing phones ever. The camera is too good to be true the life of the phone is amazing and the gaming is actually good for me.

Awesome phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 7. I would highly recommend this phone between the large scree, high def quality, awesome pictures ang videos and having the 5G network access is unbelievable

Love this new iPhone. Its larger but not so big you can't still hold with one hand. The low light night photos are amazing and the improved camera is very noticebly improved. Quality pictures.

The camera is more powerful, the battery life is longer, the video is very smooth, and the colors are more vivid. The buttons to text with are easier to see, which is good for my aging eyes.

I’m loving my new shining shimmering Gold Bar! Immersive speakers and the screen is perfect for movies on the go. Loving the camera as well, finally have 3 lenses versus the 1 had in my XR!

The phone was out of stock and had to be placed on back-order. Received 1 day ahead of promised date. The phone is beautiful and very easy to transition to from an iPhone 8. Yeah a big jump for me. We did notice the checkout process from Best Buy was not consistent between delivery of my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the new iPhone 12 Pro for my wife. I was given $5 discount on the screen saver for my iPhone 12 Pro Max but my wife was not automatically offered the discount on her screen saver, we did ask about this and she did receive the discount later. Additionally I had paid for installation of the screen saver, but this was complementary for my wife's iPhone.

5G is available on this phone, which greatly makes a difference! Clear calls and quick surfing and streaming! Excellent camera capabilities and photo quality. Size is good fit for most.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max brought me over from the Android space. With the refined 5G present in the phone, the style with it's Apple silicone case, and the tight integration with other Apple products, this product is just stellar. It might not have some of the fancy things Androids have, but it's all solid build, solid construction, refined software, and just an overall awesome experience. Now that Apple has started working with others and allowing people to do things like changing browser and email defaults, but differentiating their apps on their features and polish instead of lock-in to the platform, this new iPhone is a stellar smartphone option all around.

Great new phone. Upgraded from 11pro max and the camera is a touch better, the square edges are great like they were before and the slightly larger screen makes watching videos great

This was a high quality phone; I know the 13 is the newest and greatest but the 12 is still a very nice phone with a lot of features and a really nice camera!

I had a Pro 11 Max and had a number of issues. The new 12 Pro max is a ton better so far. smaller and is a much better camera. I got a GREAT TRADE-IN value for the 11 Pro Max.

I switched to Apple for the first time after many years of Android use. It will take a while to get used to all of the Apple protocols, but I already appreciate the clean, crisp feel of the applications - from simple stuff like email presentation to more complex apps. For me, the important stuff is not the technical stuff that is easily copied from brand to brand - screen resolution, camera features, battery life and the like. The Apple experience is just more calm and sensible than the chaotic frenzy of competing Apps on Android. And privacy concerns are also a big plus for Apple.

This 12 Pro Max is excellent . I thought it would be difficult to get used to the new thicker style but it’s actually great and easier to hold. Love having 5G.

Just bought this for my Wife for Christmas and she loves the 12 pro max.Much better battery life graphics and 5g response is excellent with upgraded chip. Very satisfied

I'm glad I waited to get this new phone. I got more than enough storage capacity with this phone. The camera is amazing. The look of it is awesome and feels nice and sturdy.
