    I love the phone but when I purchased it I was trading in my iPhone X and it had a protective cover on it. The kid who waited on me pried the cover off with some kind of tool. I swear my phone was not broken but when he finally got it off the back of the phone was crack which caused me not to get the $400 trade in on my phone and just $130. I swear my phone was not broke before I handed it over
