I bought mine on 7/7/21, was suppose to be shipped to the store 7/13/21, store doesn’t know where it is and have no clue of when It could be.

The phone is awesome, however the best buyrep setup my phone with a new line. My old number has not yet ported for last 10 days and my new phone is useless. Planning to return my purchase and buy from ATT directly.

I received a phone that does not work with my carrier. It has been a disaster. No one wants to fix the problem. The just keep passing the buck.

Paid full price to receive a refurbished unit. No charger, no cables, no earphones, etc. shameful

apple has done it again with their updates and malfunctions. I bought this phone in 2020 and finally paid it off June 2023 and then my phone started malfunctioning !
