Hasn’t worked right since I got it. Called apple they said it’s a common issue. They will replace no problem hopeful.

I had trouble with my phone constantly dropping bars or it will say no service. Called apple, and they were informed it was my network. Poor 5G service. Called Verizon and they wasn’t any help at all. I shouldn’t have traded my iPhone 11 Pro Max

Returning a phone at best buy is like getting teeth pulled at dentist. I mean I guess its the same at any phone store. But still support doesnt go above and beyond to help things move along more quickly.

Phone has not been working properly. A lot of people are having trouble hearing me speak while making a phone call.

This is not best iPhone I’ve had , freezes can’t get my notes have to turn phone off and on .

I’ve had issues from day one! Not too happy with the issues and glitches on this model.

Amazon music app froze my phone from any type of navigation within my phone. I was unable to shut it down and it continually set off my SOS contact and I was eventually contacted by emergency assistance.I went to Best Buy and the geek squad was able to rest my phone. Thank you Best Buy “ Geek Squad”!!

I did not have all of the info transfered to my new phone. not happy

Swapped it out already once. My calls don’t last longer than 10 minutes. Must be a manufacturers problem.

I want to give a huge shout out to Best Buy in Evansville, IN. The mobile department helped me with resolving the issue I had with Verizon. I had to come back to the store twice to fix the issue. It took literally hours!!! I want to say thank you very much for all you have done!!! I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max from the iPhone X. I’ve had the phone for a few days. Everything about this phone is an upgrade. The camera is amazing. The battery life is great. The overall experience using this phone is fantastic. I would recommend everyone to Best Buy in Evansville, IN!!!

This is not a phone; it’s a super-fast, spectacularly capable state-of-the-art computer with marvelous megapixelicious awesomely algorithmic cameras and a dazzling OLED display that also just happens to make phone calls! Oh, and I forgot to mention that it also has built-in lidar for amazing augmented reality applications of every imaginable sort. It’s best suited for people with bigger hands though ;)
