The young man who assisted me was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure in understood everything and gave me phenomenal customer service! He works at the Rockaway, NJ store.

Great product. Poor transfer of old phone contacts, images, & videos by Best Buy customer service. Bestbuy wireless speeds were inadequate to complete transfer by two different stores. Now I have to go to AppleCare for fix of multiple entries of contacts, images, & videos. No sms audio calendar ringtones or applications were transferred.

iPhone 12 Pro Max was an easy transition from previous version. Transfer of data/pics took forever, as it's not as simple as swapping SIM cards. Be prepared for at least a 2 hr. wait for transfer of data.

Been awhile since I had a iPhone. Glad I switched back. Nothing wrong with the Samsung line, just apple made my video editing video making so much easier with Air Drop. Awesome color, no regrets at all!

I was in the market for a different smartphone and was weighing my options between a Samsung and an iPhone. I switched from Samsung to the iPhone for the ease of access with my other apple devices.

So far, it’s working fine. Nothing groundbreaking different with daily use compared to the iPhone X. The alarm setup is different and no longer intuitive, so this seems like a move backwards.

So far its a really great phone I’ve had no problems with it. Fantastic screen quality and sound quality plus everything works so well together with the other Apple products.

This is the second one I’ve bought. My sons absolutely LOVE them. Very easy to use. One is 10 and the other is 20 years old so very versatile! Great price for the combo pack.

Love this iPhone. Never know it was this easy to navigate my way through. Love all the tips I get all the way. It’s a learning curve for me switching from Android, but a good experience.

Great phone, Apple has done it again. This phone has 5G and the image quality is unbelievable. Will continue to purchase apple products as long as they continue to make these products.

I’ve had iPhone since the 4. I love how it syncs with my iPad and automatically backs up to the cloud. I’m not a power user, but I don’t even want to try another brand of phone.
