Called apple, and they were informed it was my network. Poor 5G service. Called Verizon and they wasn’t any help at all. I shouldn’t have traded my iPhone 11 Pro Max

I was unable to shut it down and it continually set off my SOS contact and I was eventually contacted by emergency assistance.I went to Best Buy and the geek squad was able to rest my phone. Thank you Best Buy “ Geek Squad”!!
