The IPhone 12 Pro Max is a good phone but it really is a IPhone 11 Pro Max with a boxier body and Slow 5G which is slower than 4G in every Category except Download Speeds. It will Download movies from your ITunes quicker than WiFi would. But good luck with Watching content uninterrupted without getting a buffering issue and pauses in your movie or tv show. New Gold polish looks better but it scratches easier. I’m overall Happy but thanks to 5G & 512 gb of storage, I will not buy another IPhone. Also the IPhone 12 Pro Max battery is drained quicker than the IPhone 11 Pro Max & IPhone XS Max. But still all day battery not two day battery like my IPhone 11 Pro Max that I traded in for this 12 Pro Max. I love my Secondary Phone the best. It is Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Bronze. Also the 11 Pro Max is heavier and I like my expensive phones to feel heavy and premium not light and cheap like the IPhone 12 Pro Max. But the IPhone 12 Pro Max boxier shape makes the phone easier to hold and feels like you will never drop it.

What can I say, it's an Iphone. Bought this for myself as an upgrade from an Iphone XS Max. Battery life is SO MUCH better than the XS Max and the camera is some better but not by much. The XS Max has had battery life issues since it's release and was getting on my last nerve. The Pro and Pro Max easily go all day whereas the XS Max could only go about 10 hours before needing a recharge.

Good camera, good size, and its been non glitchy. Also ridiculous prize. Upgraded because my iphone 6s plus started to be misteriously sluggish and slow from a few months ago

Extremely powerful quality device! Has glitches that are unexpected at times. That surprised me with his being a high-quality device, but the camera and the display is superb! I’m not sure what’s going on but when I power the device on the Apple flashes and then the screen turns black, then the device comes on. I saw this issue on some blogs with the 12 pro max. Not really happy about that. Definitely worth purchasing. Be sure to get AppleCare.

The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is just another iPhone albeit a good one. There is hardly any difference from the iPhone XS Max. The 12 is a little bigger, thicker and feels sturdier, but I can't find any noticeable difference. It looks like Apple could come up with more enhancements.

I do have the iPhone 7+ 256GB , I’m not an apple fan but the design is AWESOME, but everything is more of the same, a few new emojis, something here and there but at the end of the road ....... it’s more of the same This is just my humble opinion

I love the size of the phone, I wish it came with the box like previous iPhones but overall nice phone.

Great camera for low light. Huge difference from the iPhone 7+. Sucks how different the pro max is from the pro.

Great product. Poor transfer of old phone contacts, images, & videos by Best Buy customer service. Bestbuy wireless speeds were inadequate to complete transfer by two different stores. Now I have to go to AppleCare for fix of multiple entries of contacts, images, & videos. No sms audio calendar ringtones or applications were transferred.

Great phone, I was a bit skeptical at first due to past experiences with apple but I’ll say this phone is a keeper. iOS is smooth all the way from Bluetooth connectivity to switching from apps to apps. I haven’t tested tv connection and playback but I will in a few weeks

Love the max pro. Did have some problems with texts not sending or showing that I had received them. Seems to be working much better with new software update.

I’ve had an iPhone 6s since they came out back in 2015. I was kind of hesitant about getting such a large costly phone, but until today I have no regrets

I love my phone I just have to learn it better. My grandson is showing me all these neat tricks. I am so glad I bought it.

Hasn’t worked right since I got it. Called apple they said it’s a common issue. They will replace no problem hopeful.

Good phone service sucks everyone says they cannot hear me on my phone.
