Cracked twice within 6 months. Phone is fine, but expected better from a case.

Case cracked, without being dropped. Apparently a known issue. Come on, Apple.

This case is really bad it scratched my phone and it also not worth it for the price?

Not going to protect your device! Will break easily the case.

Well made, and shows off the beautiful color of my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. However, it is VERY slippery, and the side buttons are impossibly stiff making it hard to press them without holding the phone with two hands. Not acceptable for such an expensive product. Though I am a lifelong fan of Apple, I would NOT recommend this case

Looks good, but if you think your phone is slippery as is, just wait until putting this thing on! I literally dropped it straight out of my hands 5 times with this case on before I just returned it and went with the leather Apple case. Much better grip and still looks good. Personal choice though would be the white silicone case for those of you who went with the new Blue iPhone color.

Way too expensive for such a slippery case. It defeats the purpose if getting a case for your phone, if the case is the reason the phone slips out of your hands! I dont understand how Apple can release such a bad product. Sure, the case is nice looking, and the Magsafe works well, but I do not trust my phone in this case in my hands!

Rear glass of my phone didnt survive a fall of 5’ on to its corner. A tough fall for sure. But i was worried about the lack of protcection from the time I got the case. It looks great which is why i tried it after years of going naked. But now that im getting my replacement ill be finding a different case.

I bought mine in apple. However, I could not write a review there. So just wanted to inform everyone here what are they buying. My complain is my magsafe charger is not charging in an expected time frame plus it is heating up my phone so much. I know heating up is normal however with the mag safe charger and case is just way too much. I dont wanna ruin my battery just bcoz of that. I used it few times only and never get fully charge when i reported it last time coz i was so afraid than even after 2 hrs its just in 60% batt plus its so hot so I stopped charging. The tech specialist asked me to charge it without the mag safe case, it actually charge faster than with the mag safe case. But still take long when to be compared with my usb c charger. And then last night, I tried again to charge with mag safe case. It heats up again but i let it charge coz I wanted to know how long it takes to be fully 100%. And when I check, it took 4 hrs. (WHEN DOES 4 HRS CHARGING BECOMES FAST CHARGING?) Mag safe charger and cass claims to be a faster charger. And with the mag safe case its not supposed to decrease the charging time coz its just doesnt make sense buying this product then? Therefore, mag safe case and charger is not worth buying if you are buying this because of its fast charging feature. However, If you are buying this because of anti scratch and yellow, maybe it will work for you. But not worth the price tho.

The case is not very protective. It left 100’s of scratches on the sides of my silver iPhone. Apple will not replace the phone so now I’m stuck with a scratched phone. The case also collects debris in the bottom corners and scratches easily.

I dropped my phone this morning from about 3 feet - fell out of my pocket - the case is fine - but the back of my new phone is SHATTERED. Very disappointed in an Apple product.
