The leather case once dropped will permanently damage the leather, the clear case was too slippery and hard to hold, the silicone was just right. I was afraid that the silicone would be too sticky, but it is not, slides in and out of pants easily.

I usually end up replacing my screen protector at least once every 3 months. Case chipped after about 3 months but as I mentioned that could be due to how rough I am with my phone.

Spendy but worth it

I upgraded from a 7+, it is about the same size, The 5G is spectacular where I am here (runs at about 350 on the golf course). All the streaming features work better and the clincher is the camera which takes great movies with autofocus for action shots and pictures almost in the dark. Spendy but worth it.
