Really don’t like apple cases anymore. They’ve just many other better options these days

Save your money and get an Otterbox if you want good protection. The case came apart at the corners. I don't know why, but it did.

Very slim case, but did not like the silicone at all. Gets dust and lint stuck to it and difficult to put in pockets.

This phone case has fallen apart in 2.5 weeks of owning it! I tried to go back to best buy - but they wouldn't let me exchange it despite the defects. Off to Apple tomorrow to see if they will help me with their branded case. It is worth noting that I usually buy the silicone cases - I still have one for my X that is fully intact with no chips or signs of breaking - just discoloration.

After only a month the material is chipping and becoming very slick, Apple accessories are the worst ever made.

It’s not the best literally every thing sticks on it including finger smudges... it’s impossible to keep clean.

Not a Best Buy issue but an Apple problem. The edge of the phone case peel around the screen.

Completed my transaction, much assistance from the sales associate, who later used my Apple ID to log into my old phone or another iPhone and it has been quite the mess since. Will never buy a phone from Best Buy again and would encourage others not to as well. Hours of time on the phone with Apple to get my issue resolved.

Very overpriced,will provide minimum protection for device. Very thin and cheep looking.

I love the case but after about a week of normal use, no drops, the corner came off.

Nothing special 11max is good. I just needed a new phone gave me a good deal.

It was an ok case I just did not like it. So that’s why I returned it.

This case is such poor quality after only a few months there are tears forming on the case, for the money you pay this should last 2 years before you get this amount of wear and tear. Very disappointed and will probably have to replace this with a different maker in the next couple of months.

Not a very good case. Doesn’t last longer than a couple of months. Bought in October, replaced in March. Very cheaply made. Starts cracking and peeling. It’s an Apple product, which means over priced and underwhelming. Don’t buy

Horrible case. It peeled and cracked within a few months. I spent over an hour in a chat with Apple to be told I have to talk to a senior advisor about the case. Don't waste your money.

I order A silicone apple iPhone case, The CHINO warehouse send me an OPENED BOX, SCRATCHED, USED, leather iPhone case. The warehouse management quality is not expected.

First time the phone fell this case allowed the protective screen to crack and permanently dented the edge of the brand new phone because the case doesn’t have enough buffer on the edges.
