I got the iphone from best buy as it was giving the delivery at the earliest in comparison to other stores. The phone came on time and exactly the color I wanted. The phone has amazing camera and takes the professional quality picture. The rest about iPhone is simply awesome anyway.

That's good to used the for my wife, she very love it.

Solid phone with awesome performance and better battey life. Phone is similar to Iphone 12 previous version but has few upgrades.

I purchased New iPhone 13 5G 128 gb from best buy. The phone had a defects. When I call the voice breaks frequently for a second during the call. For the uber app it blinks several time when I try to open it. This iphone disappoint me. The display, camera quality and battery life is good. But it have some defects. We cannot expect this quality from Apple. Unhappy with this phone so I returned it.

Purchased this iPhone to replace my daughters iPhone SE 2020. The screen size difference is huge. She loves it. The bonus $200 trade in amount really guided the decision for us to purchase.

I bought the iPhone13 for my wife and we couldn't be happier. We found out there was to be something like a $45 for the Geek Squad to help make the transition from her old Windows Phone to the iPhone. But here's the best part: Since she already has an iPad, all we needed to do was connect to our network, confirm that she shares the same AppleID, and the phone transferred everything she needed over. So, save on the set up if you have another Apple item!

This is a great phone! I was glad to purchase it. And the sales staff was easy to work with and very helpful. Unlike those jerks at T-Mobile who lied to me and wouldn't help me get a phone from them!!! Always buy at Best Buy!!!

Wonderful Experience in purchasing the new phone at bestbuy. Deal was great and phone off course apple stable and reliable products speaks for it self. Nice fast phone and familiar software as always. Nice great photo-taking experience and clear. Definitely improved call quality when picked upto ear and the speaker is nice also. Screen is sharp and convenient button locations If you are holding an old phone take advantage of some of the seasonal great deals at best buy and upgrade yourself and see a huge improved difference.

If you like the standard model iPhones this is just another with a few upgrades. I do love the green, just wish the back wasn’t shiny and more matte. But outside of that I have no complaints.

The new camera and cinematic video mode is impressive however the phone's performance is glitchy. One major issue is that the videos don't automatically play and the slideshow will crash due to memory issues. You would imagine that since the pro has more memory than the other versions that there would be less crashes.

Best Buy offers the best trade-in value for my old SE 2, and store pick-up & drop-off of old phone was quick and easy. Great Apple product as usual. Better screen and battery lasts much longer compare to my previous SE 2.

This was my best option .. it’s light and thin . I came from 7 plus I’m still Getting use to slide from the corner to get quick access to my camera . But for sure the battery life is wayyyy longer than my previous phone

Excellent phone. Way better battery life than iPhone 12. If you have the opportunity to upgrade, I would do it without a doubt. iPhone 13 is better and more with its superior performance and camera features.

I purchased this phone through a trade in deal for an iphone 12, I have to say for the price it's a great phone! It is fast and I know they'll be updates for years to come. No regrets and the red is great!

I was in the market for a phone and a camera, but the IPhone's exceeded the high end camera's resolution quality. I saved over $800 by just purchasing the phone and using it for double duty.

Excellent battery storage. Had Androids before so some adjustment to Apple. With practice I’m getting use to it. Only downside is when traveling internationally those networks can’t support 5g.
