Outstanding battery life . Will last a couple days with light use . Only have to charge at end of day with heavy use . Zoom is finicky at times .

My son's phone. He isn't extremely impressed with the appearance of it or quality, but says it does the job. He only bought this because it was on sale and cheaper than the 12 at the time, which is actually what he wanted.

The product itself is fine. I switch to Verizon from AT&T. The staff was very kind… But did not correctly hook up my phone so I had to go back to the store twice. Then I had to call Verizon to get my SMS messages working and get a rebate which the employees never signed me up for. It was quite busy in the store every time I went there so I’m not saying it was their fault but it was very exhausting going through this whole process of switching to a new phone.

Purchased this for my MIL. Basically only phone she can use as it is simple to use compared to android. I really have no issue with it. Price - 5 Stars Usability - 4 Stars Ecosystem - 4 stars Accessories price - 3 stars

Coming from the IPhone XS, this is my favorite IPhone at the moment. The notch is smaller, very good battery and it feels solid overall.
