I pre-ordered my Iphone 13 and it was ready on time. I headed to the store and experts were ready to help me out. I quickly transferred all my data from old Iphone to the new one and traded the old phone for a good price. Now I have the latest Iphone and I was also able to traded the old phone. Its a win-win.

Great phone all the way around, I would recommend it to a friend. I am not disappointed at all, but I was surprised that for an expensive phone, it did not come with a charger. I wised that it could had come with a charger and not spent extra money. Overall, it is a great quality product,

Takes a little bit of getting used to after going from an android to an apple again, but I love Apple phones should’ve stuck with them from the beginning and never even got an android lol

Nice. Love the battery life. Little smaller than I expected. Didn’t have much of the 13 in stock so ended up getting this one.

Apple just keeps putting out great products, in my opinion. I've never been an Android user so I don't have anything to compare to. But all I know is that the phone and system works well and easy to work with the entire ecosystem like my Airpods, iPad, and Apple Watch.

I don't like not having home button. the phone is ok, will be buying a new one if they bring the old design back!

Honestly, this is a great iPhone but there's one thing that's missing thats mainstream which they saved for the Pro models. No, not the cameras, they are already very good on this phone. What's missing is the 120hz display, I'm so used to it on my 13 Pro that it's hard to get back to this 60hz display as it seems stuttering. Also, I would only get this phone on a sale and trade ins. Best Buy usually have great offers for this phone.

Quality of phone is great, looks beautiful. The screen is a bit on the small size for me. Its jusy like an uodated iphone xr that i had. Overall its an apple phone and very similar to the previous generations, not much new innovation.

basic in every way except the camera but that's all anyone wants these and to much restriction on the phone can't even download from a browser also the lag and the call drop are insanely bad and the freezing is terrible

I purchased this to upgrade my wife’s iPhone 11. There was a 2 or 3 week wait due to BB stock issues. Apple iPhones are great and this is no different. I expect the same quality and even better performance than the older iPhone 11.
