BestBuy messed up with my order

BestBuy delayed deliver of my phone, changes in the rebate conditions from BestBuy... I couldn't activate my phone. BestBuy in-store managers were very adamant and unwilling to help with the situation.

Always has big gap between screen and metal frame. I returned the first one, the second one has the same issue. I also got the blue color model which has no issue.

Don’t buy carrier lock phone thru Best Buy

After duration when I went for unlock t mobile said Best Buy did something wrong while activation so we can’t unlock. And Best Buy said we can’t do anything. Not ready to return or listen anything.

No help from the store (despite having an appt.)

I had an appointment for phone transfer, but she had no idea what to do. I ended up backing up the data to cloud and erasing the data from the old phone. Once I got home, I had to activate the new phone myself.

No way to unlock phone if you get it from bestbuy

The battery life is amazing this year. If you don’t care about having the best camera(the camera on this phone is also very good) or a 120hz display this is the phone for you.
