This is the best iphone apple has ever made!! I traded in my iPhone xs max for the 13 and it was so worth it. The battery life on this phone is the best! It lasts all day!! The display on the 13 is beautiful! The 5G network is crazy speeds. The camera is so clear and has a beautiful image. I wish the zoom rate was a little higher that 5. I love that the notch is smaller it’s really noticeable. The colors of the 13 is really pretty. Overall I would recommend this phone to anyone!! Apple did really good this year!!

The Face ID sensor had to be repaired twice . All this happened less than 30 days from owning the phone I purchase at Best Buy

This is my first iPhone (although I have had a MacBook and an iPad for years) and I absolutely love it. I have always had Android phones and my last was a Samsung Galaxy S8. I am shocked at how much better the iPhone13 is than the Samsung, in every aspect. I didn't think any phone would be able to take pictures better than the Samsung, but this one is just as good. Granted - some things are a little more difficult to navigate on the iPhone (closing out web pages when you're done with it for instance... it "keeps" them until you perform a second step and delete them separately). I don't know who designed that, but it is a pain. Battery life on the iPhone13 is phenomenal. Being a new phone, I am using it all day trying to figure it all out. I charged it to 100% on Thursday morning, and did not need to charge it again until Friday evening (by then it was at 35% and I'm guessing it would have been fine till Saturday morning). Almost 2 days on one charge. Wow! My old phone needed 2-3 charges a day. I did delete quite a few of the widgets/apps that I knew I would never use. Friends tell me the voice quality in my calls is much better with this phone than my old one. The speaker in this phone is great (also a huge improvement from the Galaxy). I have absolutely zero complaints. I'm completely sold!

This blue color is amazing. Had to get the clear case to show it off. Fastest one yet and killer screen.

Changed my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13. Overall I do like the phone. The battery life does last a little longer and a little faster. And I do like the camera. But It gets warm. After using it for 10-15minutes it gets hot.

Upgraded from iphone 6s to the 13 and I really like this. Way better than the 12 in terms of camera and battery. And since best buy's offer was $100 off the model, it was essentially the same price for a new 12! Amazing deal and trade in offer!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my iPhone 13, which I purchased a year and a month ago. Despite its premium price, the phone is now experiencing several critical issues, including: Bluetooth and WiFi Connectivity: Both functions have completely ceased to work. Cellular Data: The cellular connection frequently drops, leaving me without phone reception or the ability to communicate. Unexpected Restarts: The phone restarts itself randomly, further impairing its usability. These issues are significant and render the phone essentially unusable. Unfortunately, they began manifesting shortly after the one-year warranty period expired. Despite this clear indication of a manufacturing defect, I have been informed that Apple will not address the problem under warranty. The phone cost me over $1,000, and I purchased it using the Apple Credit Card. As it stands, I still owe approximately $500 on a device that no longer functions properly. To make matters worse, the estimated repair cost is $400, while the trade-in value offered by Apple is only $70. This situation is unacceptable for a product of this cost and reputation. I believe Apple should stand behind its products and offer a solution that doesn’t place an undue financial burden on the customer.

I come from 4+ yr old Galaxy S8+ and using Androids all my life prior to that, this phone is blazing fast and buttery smooth. Oh and battery life is awesome too :)

Very pleasant experience picking up a new iphone 13 and trading in my phone. Reps knew the process and were going through the process to scan barcodes and type in imei for trade in. Also verified my ID as the person to pick up the phone. I could have been in and out of the store in 15 minutes if the rep was not helping someone else ahead of me.
