Perfect iPhone for when you don’t need the best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was purchased for my mother-in-law who wanted the latest iPhone 13 but who doesn’t care for taking pictures or for the 120 Hz display found on the pro model. It’s in excellent value given that the internals are so close to the pro model and you of course get the fantastic A15 processor.

Phone is fine - customer service was pretty awful

We got 4 phones altogether over three separate visits - and one employee was worse than another. They were all rushed, not very knowledgeable, not helpful at all. We had to go home and go to You tube to get our phones working. Not at all like other experiences with new phones at other venues.
