We talked to Stephen. He was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, about my phone service carrier. It was really a pleasure. We walked in to get one phone. I went back the next day and bought another one. And Stephen was there to help…again. A great guy and an asset to your store.

My old phone was an i6. Probably due to its age, Apple discontinued software updates to it some time ago. Due to the older software version, I was unable to get a lot of the newer apps on my phone. So I was forced in a sense to upgrade in order to get the functionality of the newer technology. Since I needed a new phone, and I don't plan to upgrade anytime soon, I purchased the latest edition, the i13. (FYI, the i6 is worth $0 in credit toward an upgrade.) I've had it now almost a month, a ton of new features to discover and learn. Given my brief experience, and the fact I received no credit for my old phone, giving it a 'good' rating at this time.

Great phone value and had OLED!! I prefer the 13 pro for the 120hz but if u don’t notice a difference this is definitely the best option

Battery life is a big improvement from the iPhone 12.

This purchase is for a senior with RA & is easy to handle. Not heavy so prevents dropping. Camera is awesome.

Can’t go wrong with the beautiful blue iPhone. Came off z flip 3 needed something more reliable. Been off iPhone for a long time. Tried the 11 first but moved right up to this one. Much better phone. Att needs better service in wake and harnett county NC cameras are effortless and turn out almost professional quality speakers are loud and screen is great

This iPhone 13 is awesome!!! I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and I love it!!!

My wife and I recently purchased two Apple iPhones 13, to replace the iPhones 6 we were using for the past decade or so. We greatly appreciated the assistance and set-up we received from the Best Buy associate we worked with. And we really like the phone. Our only complaint is that shutting off the phone requires us to simultaneously press two buttons on the right and left.

It was much easier to buy through the best buy site and link it to my account. The At&t store didn't have any phones in stock, and they always take forever. Just order it online and go pick it up. No waiting. New iPhone. Great because it's new, not because it's better than other iPhones.
