    Favorite iPhone yet. Only gripe is lack of Touch ID. Face ID is not reliable with mask. Also screen scratches very easily.

    Love the product. But we are seniors, and no effort made to explain where or how we could determine its capabilities or how to operate it. Not a teenybopper that may intuitively understand. We upgraded from an iPhone 4.
