Best Buy is the Worst

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Buy associate who activated this phone (for my daughter) deactivated my phone and gave my phone number to her. That evening, I realized I had absolutely NO SERVICE. It was not only inconvenient but dangerous as I had no way to call 911 in the event of an emergency, Best Buy to fix the problem or my daughter to explain why she could not reach me. The next day, ATT fixed the problem and helped reactivate her number and told me how to install her SIM card in my phone. Best Buy? Not best at all. It’s the Worst. I’ll never go back.

BEST BUY?? WORST BUY MAYBE!

They said we should go to another store 58 miles from here because they doubt we we get our order because they can not find it.
