good phone and design, the camera lenses protrude a bit.

Very disappointing sales rep was rushing made mistakes and then Was dishonest about the mistakes tried to charge me excess money

I'm transition from android to iPhone, so a few apps doesn't do what I needed so little bit frustrated. Thinking of trade-in getting the Samsung S21 plus.

I trade in my iPhone 12pro which was unlocked and perfectly fine. Just wanted to get the new 13 nothing else was the reason. First of all the lady who helped me was Very very rude she didnt even let me take my stuff from my phone so i lost the texts and few documents. And this new phone is having problems with charging. Om really dissatisfied and disappointed with best buy to be honest. Had really good thinking but got really shock

I have ordered this phone through a trade in & as I won’t be available to pick it up i have kept my friend name, the showed his passport as ID proof but Best buy was unable to give the product. They want the person who has done trade in to collect. Worst ever experience.

I got the item with the package opened, so I have doubt that it's used or something. The shipment also had a delay so I didn't have phone for a couple of days, and I'm afraid that if I ask to have a replacement I would have the issue again.

The iPhone 13 Pro is the best iPhone I've ever owned, and I've owned many over the years. The camera is shockingly good in the dark.. and I don't mean low light scenarios like sunsets, I mean in THE DARK. Perfect size, I downsized from the 12 Pro Max of last year. This size is much easier for one handed use. Very good battery life and the screen is awesome. Hard to go back to an older iPhone's screen without the faster refresh rate.

Traded in device. Still being charged for it by phone carrier. No help from Best Buy

Good positive experience with the phone and everything. Reception has been great, battery life has been about 2-4 days between charges for me but I'm a super light user. I've noticed that on heavier usage days, it could still be about 12-15 hours between charges for me going off of a full charge. It feels nice in the hand. Maybe the only thing to complain about is the camera on the back protrudes out pretty noticeably. If you set it on the table, it's not going to be even (without a case/cover). It makes me a bit concerned to put my phone in my pocket to be honest, but so far, hasn't been a problem for me yet. Reception is great, camera quality is great, and though I have a case and screen protector on it, I think it also feels pretty solid in the hand.

I love this color! its such a pretty blue! the battery life is goid for right now it lasts for a while.
