I love this phone, it was very easy to use and set up

My daughter loves her iPhone and won’t put it down

Received this product quickly. Phone is great, only issue was getting it set up but that was more of a Verizon issue. Phone is amazing.

Pressed the button on the side to turn on and got 911 three times. Salesman should have explained a few features.

Not happy I have to get a new Iphone every 3 to 4 years as Apple forces you to. However, very durable, and camera is a major upgrade.

New to using an Apple product. Was pulled in by the Verizon trade-in promo - how can I pass on getting an I-phone for $200 with trade?

Solid phone the transfer was a pain and i was not provided with a shipping box or label to return my phone to verzion

Applie iPhone 13 Pro is working without issues, as expected.

A nice phone with a large display which I bought my wife as a 75th birthday gift. It did not come with a SIM card. Best Buy transferred the SIM card from my iPhone 6 and data from the cloud. The iphone 6, frankly, performed better for my purposes. I had to bring the 13 pro back in order to have them adjust the text tone which still is poor and the vibrations which still are anemic. My wife and I shared an account with the 6 and a 5S without problems. Best Buy techs were very gracious setting up separate accounts for us and trying to solve the problems. Apparently many others have had the text notification problem from the outside reviews we've read. Incoming calls to the cell phone are announced on our Panasonic Bluetooth linked land line but texts are not on the new phone. The 6 and 5S always announced both from the contact list. Very frustrating! I'm waiting for a call from Panasonic support to help solve the problem. Haven't tried the camera yet. I do regret this purchase

This is a step up from a IPhone X. The OS is a little different but not bad.

Heavier and bulkier than I would prefer. It was a gift for someone else.

This purchase was an awesome update from my iPhone 8.

This is a great phone. I upgraded from iphone xr to this phone.

Too many fees tacked on….eliminate activation fee, etc.

Great iPhone only had to wait an hour to get it set up

I thought the iPhone 13 was way too heavy. I didn’t like how bulky it was. The upgraded camera seemed nice, but all in all I thought it was step backward and ended up returning it.

iPhone 13 pro is nice but the Verizon 5g service is not the greatest. My previous phone XR worked everywhere but now I have dropped calls all the time
