Nuisance phone

Had my last phone for Many years and not a problem and then buy this expensive one and having issues already. Also, why is this thing so darn heavy? Only 1 month old.

Bad service

I asked to buy a new iPhone 13Pro so I could give it to my daughter for her birthday. I told Marco I did not want the phone activated. Can you guess what Marco did? He activated the new phone, deactivated one of my other daughter's iPhones which is the exact same phone as the one I purchased today. Now I have to take time out of my day to go to AT&T to fix the problem Marco created because he didn't listen to simple instructions.

Sold a used phone as New.

I notice when I was attempting to put on a screen protector that the phone had one already on it! And to make matters worse, it was on upside down! I don’t know who to blame for this, Best Buy or Apple. I wasn’t able to return it without being charge for a restocking fee. and don’t know if it’s been refurbished.

BEST BUY screwed up my AT&T Account

When i repurchased the phone, Best Buy removed the AT&T Next up feature from my account which results in me not being able to upgrade the phone.
