I got an upgrade from the iphone xr to the iphone 13 pro. so far everthing is working great! I recomend you getting this upgrade if you haven’t already. Great Quality with the camera and everything! overall it’s a good new start. 

Updated from my old phone in less than a half hour. Just laid my new iPhone 13 pro next to my old one and let Apple Quick start do the rest. No need to deal with the phone company or geeks. Apple, I luv you crazy.

I came into the store to have the Geek Squad replace the battery in my iPhone 7. They could not perform the service as the screen had a minor crack. So I had to buy a new phone. The sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She was very professional and verified every option , including if I wanted to pay in installments or all up front. She pointed out the differences between my old phone and the new one, including what accessories would not work on the new phone. It was very pleasant exxperience.

Most of the reviews on here are posted after a week, 2 weeks, a month of ownership. Let’s try after 9 months. Not 9 years, but 9 MONTHS. Exact same story as the iPhone 12’s. They work great for 3 months. Then there’s a glitch here and there. No problem. Everything has a glitch now and then right? Then the glitches start taking time to fix. 2 minutes, then 10 minutes, then an hour, then seemingly unfixable. So now at 9 months, notifications in all categories are sporadic. They even disable themselves at will. Then, I can no longer text anyone with an Android phone - now half of the population is unreachable. Speaker phone shuts off and on randomly in the middle of conversations. Voicemail notifications now take 2-3 days to show up. Same number of problems happened with the iPhone 12, at which point I returned it for replacement. Apple sent it back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it, and charged me for another phone while under APPLE CARE. There are serious problems with these phones and with Apple. I’ve had iPhones going back to iPhone 6, and had ZERO level of problems as I’ve had with 12 and 13. If you need a new phone, get a good Android.

The SIM card Best Buy give me doesn’t work even though they charge me $30. No working SIM card can’t test the phone

The only way to get the iphone at bestbuy is if you finance it at ATT. I redeemed my amazon balance for best buy gift cards and now am stuck with the balance.
