Would have received 5 stars but video is laggy unless I’m on home WiFi. Could be an ATT issue.

Excellent phone with fantastic camera. My wife loves the micro lens quality to take spur of the moment close up pictures outdoors. The night time quality is also great when you want to take a picture of the moon or some planets in the sky.

Love it!!! Upgraded from an iPhone 6, so this is an incredible resource for me! Still learning new features. Coordinate with my new monitoring watch, helping me be more accountable with steps, health issues! Great decision to get this one!

Never had an iphone before, decided to buy new one because of 120ghz screen and bigger capacity of battery

We bought two iphones on trade in program Simply The best iphone i’ve owned. Easy to navigate. Best Buy specialist was great and guided along all the stages of trade in.

Probably the best iPhone put out by Apple...I've had an iPhone since the very first one. Camera is definitely the best they've developed and it's more durable than expected. More Godfather II than I or III.

Other than the original iPhone, I've been fully embraced into the android world. Faulty updates and poor performance on flagship phones from Samsung compared to flawless performance on my iPad finally convinced me to make the switch and I'm glad I did. I went from a Galaxy S21+ to the iPhone 13 Pro, so this was my entry back into the Apple ecosystem. I do have a 12 Pro that is assigned to me for work, so I can say, in comparison, if you already have a 12 pro, this might not be much of an upgrade outside of the better refresh rate of 120hz. Those who have a 12 might be better off waiting for a full refresh that will more than likely happen with the iPhone 14. For someone coming from a few models back or wanting to make the switch like I did, the iPhone 13 Pro should be more than adequate for an upgrade.

I upgraded from an iPhone 8 and it was a massive improvement. I've enjoyed the camera feature a lot as it's very crispy quality. I'd say it's worth an upgrade if you have anything below an iPhone X.

Love the phone. Apple still needs a fix with the glitch on Notes going blank and having to be closed all the way out but I love the phone itself. Nice camera.

It’s an iPhone 13 Pro. It’s excellent. It replaced my iPhone 11 Pro. I thought the 11 Pro was excellent…this is all that and more! Faster, better battery…Highly recommended.

So so nice and easy to use! Charging is a breeze now and the battery charge lasts so much longer than my old IPhone. Learning new things about my phone every day.

My wife had the oldest phone in our family, so we decided to update her IPhone 8 to a new IPhone 13Pro. She loves it and it was very easy to setup.

This phone is great. It is fast, and takes great pictures and videos. None of the AT&T stores had them in stock, but Best Buy had plenty of colors in stock.

We bought 2 iPhone 13 pro’s with the ATT trade in and are very happy.. The phone is everything and more!!!!

Forced purchase and that my iPhone 6 Plus would no longer update older apps. On the AT&T network I’m not willing to pay extra for 5G coverage when 4G works great in a metro area. size is almost identical to my old 6+. I do not like the software/hardware function of having to slowly swipe upward to see open apps compared to the old home button manner. easy purchase through Best Buy. All four purchased items were in stock and awaiting my arrival the following day. One thing I didn’t realize until after the fact was I had to go to the AT&T website to activate the SIM card as opposed to restoring the iPhone from my old iPhone back up. problem is quickly rectified online without the assistance of a CSR.

An amazing phone. I went from the Iphone 6 to the 13 Pro so obviously I am blown away by how amazing this phone truly is. The camera is everything!

I had iphone for more than 8 yrs. and all my kids had iPhones too , Browsing, Camera & video qualities are superb and getting better and better.

I love apple products, but this one was a beta. The scrolling glitch on many iPhone 13s Pro (max and reg) which has been going for a while and nothing gets done is infuriating. The fact you can’t return it after a small period of time is not cool. I did reach out to apple, but lately it seems like they are condescending and have no clue what they are talking about. Make you take videos and more videos and then tell you it is fine …. FINE. When there are tons of blogs out there about it. Or they engineers asking you what the error is after reviewing the video, when you spent already 4 hours on the phone and chat to send those. The camera, features such as touchless payments is great though. Honestly going down hill, well as far as phones go, because the macs are awesome

First time with an iPhone and I love it. Beautiful and crisp screen. Must find all my music from my iPad days and load it up!!
