Great phone! Cameras are awesome but the screen is the best part.

I love this phone so much it’s amazing such a step up from my iPhone 11

Coming from an Android I'm not really seeing much of a difference in a day to day usage. Apple does a great job with their ecosystem of equipment, air pods, apple watch, and the ipad all work so well together thats something android could never do. I do however miss my "hey google" shortcut because siri is useless. overall its a great phone and I'm very happy with it!

Phone looks good and feel solid in hand. 5G connection appeared to be inconsistent, not sure is T-Mobile weak signal or phone's reception. Camera takes better picture than the previous iPhone.

During this experience, I was helped by great associates and the manager. Matthew helped me purchase my new iPhone 13 Pro and it was during the last 30 minutes before close. The manager Desiree was also very helpful in making sure things went smoothly during this time knowing the store was about to close. I am very thankful and I would recommend Matthew and Desiree for the service.

Service was exceptional as always, product was explained by very knowledgeable staff, only complaint I have is to much noise in the store (mainly the music was a little loud)and that combined with having to wear face masks made it difficult to hear each other, otherwise I had another great experience

I don’t see much of a difference between this phone and the 12. But in either case it’s a great phone. Amazing photo quality and video capability. I love the color of this phone over the 12s blue option. I prefer the iOS over the android platform, it makes for a more stable usage experience. Overall, based on my opinion iPhones are user friendly and easier to use.
