Apple Product is Great; Carrier Unlocking is Not
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've reached out to Best Buy once and T-Mobile 3 times, but still has not got the iPhone 13 pro unlocked. Best Buy said go to T-Mobile. T-Mobile either did not unlock successfully, or said they had to send request to Best Buy. After they sent request to Best Buy 5 days later still no success. Would not recommend buying such Best Buy's so-called Universal Phone. It will lock to the carrier for the first SIM card inserted, and unlocking is really complex. Even though it might save some money, it cost more time than necessary when trying to unlock the carrier.
