Reviews below me are uninformed and have not researched their phone. This battery out preforms a Samsung galaxy S21. The pro max has the best battery on the market. The 120 HZ display is a HUGE upgrade and the cameras color science is phenomenal. This phone is incredibly well engineered and I do not work for apple. Upgraded from an iPhone SE. Will never buy a regular iPhone again.

You cannot go wrong with iPhone. I particularly love the color (sierra blue). I was using iPhone 11 until I switched to this one. It’s definitely faster, the charge lasts forever (compared to the older one) and the camera is also definitely better, and I am enjoying my beautiful new iPhone.

Camera is amazing and the phone is light weight. The max felt heavy but the 13 pro felt good. Size is smaller than my last phone but with the face recognition and the no home screen the size is great.

I upgraded from the iPhone 12 Mini to the iPhone 13 Pro. The processing speed is much faster, and the battery life is much better. That is to be expected given the larger battery size and the improved processor in the newer model. The camera quality is much better as well, and I’m digging the 4K 60FPS video option. Otherwise, pretty much your usual newer model iPhone.

It’s a fantastic phone. Great battery life, great cameras, great 120Hz display. Huge step up from my 7. Also love the color and the more solid feel when holding it.

The iphone 13 pro is fast, easy to use, and takes magnificent photos. Best Buy's assistant manager transfered the data from my previous phone. He answered my questions and made the transaction very easy.

Purchased for my wife for Christmas and she went from an iPhone X to this one. Big improvement on photos, speed and other applications. Quite a bit heavier but worth the money.

Very happy with the latest 13 Pro model. Biggest improvement for me was the camera with its better zoom; 3x optical zoom in, 2x optical zoom out; 6x optical zoom range. Digital zoom up to 15x. Get compliments on pictures taken with camera. Processor very good. Apps are super quick and smooth transition between apps.

Customer Service was A+++++. The guy who was our customer service rep couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I wish I got his name. He made our purchasing experience the best. We purchased a new iPhone and switched phones from an android so migrating data was involved. The new phone is great. The picture quality is great. Battery life is long. I am still learning about the different features.

Much more user friendly than my previous iPhone. So glad the home button is gone. Camera is excellent.

Excellent iPhone as always. The camera upgrades, battery life and processor have all surpassed my expectations.

I love this iPhone, the new screen makes a huge difference. The new 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate makes everything else I use feel so slow and sluggish. I’ve gotten used to the quicker, snappier feel so I don’t notice it much anymore. But whenever I use a different phone or screen, it makes me remember how good the new screen in this phone really is. Not only is the screen really quick, but the phone is too. I haven’t experienced any kind of lag whatsoever.

I've been an Apple customer for as long as I can remember now. The phone is great. The camera is really great and the sound without connecting to a wireless speaker is very surprising!! No tinny sound. You actually get bass in that speaker it's fantastic! The battery life seems to be lasting a long time as well. I've made the mistake of plugging in too soon with other phones. I think I got two days before needing a charge with this one.

My wife loves her phone. Huge photo nerd. The phones held up nicely and takes amazing pics!

An evolutionary improvement over my previous model, 11 max. Display and camera are improved, particularly like that zoom is now 3x. Upgraded made easier by trade in value of my 11, which reduces out of pocket cost to $500. Make sure that you get promotional deal from your carrier, some may even be offering current iPhones for “free” if you sign up for unlimited service. My rebate came from Verizon and was administered thru Best Buy.

I replaced my iPhone X with the iPhone 13 Pro. The increase in memory and improved battery life was worth getting the upgrade.
