Good phone. Camera is fantastic. For this price it should include the charger so it lost a star.

I wish they still had the finger print to unlock instead of facial recognition. Other than that I like it. Fast processing and good video.

I have only had the phone a week but so far I am pleased with it. As a previous android phone user for many years I purchased this phone primarily for the great camera capabilities. I do miss several features from my Samsung Galaxy S10e but looking forward to growing with this beautiful Sierra Blue iPhone 13 Pro.

The changeover from the old XR was seamless. No re-adding apps or losing data. Getting the rebate was not as easy, but talking to Apple solved that issue.

Great phone, and the camera clarity is better, but the rest is like my old phone.

Not much different than other versions. Nice camera. Does not connect very well to car Bluetooth.

There is definitely a learning curve from an iPhone 7 to the 13Pro, however, I’m excited about all the capabilities in store. I believe in the integrity of the company and the product.

Product is as expected. I bit heavy to hold. I had some difficulty in recognizing near by Wi-Fi sometimes.

Works well 5g isn’t much different. Blue tooth seems to struggle staying connected

Battery on the phone is good, can go all day without having to charge.

Without doing anything, my phone iOS picking up my voice and sending to various people in my contacts. Also I have contacts that deleted a long time ago. Siri doesn't understand what I'm saying. so many tech problems that I may take it back to Best Buy. I've only had it a few days. I only had to charge my phone every other day with my old phone, the new phone I have to charge 2x's a day

Hi, I decided to switch for how connected Iphones are connected to each other. I realized that this phone isn't bad. Its a phone. All phones are just phones, and we, we are just people. We are people with little phones.

This phone was a gift for my mother to replace her existing iPhone 6s. While she's still getting used to face id, she was not a fan of touch id, so she's going to enjoying using this phone for years.

Love the phone! Glad for the discounts. Very happy with Damion, the sales person. He went out of his way to make our experience a good one. I will definitely purchase from Best Buy, again.

Actually got the wrong phone - was supposed to get the 14 Pro.

As always, great quality. Pricy, but you get what you pay for. Love buying from Best Buy because I can do Apple Care right there and then we have Geek Squad support, which is second to none.
