I just picked up my new iPhone 13 pro today in sierra blue. It is so pretty! I have to figure out all of the bells and whistles. The salesman that helped me, Smitty, was excellent!

The process of buying and programming the phone was done in an efficient manner with the friendly help of store associates(Geek Squad). We were pleases with the personal attention.

Big improvement form my iPhone 6. Heavier than I expected

IPhones are a de facto standard now in the business environment and I expose mine to a lot of use and abuse. For all of it great looks, it is still a great tool. The only problem is a battery life that is either throttled by the Apple itself or just naturally shortens to the vanishing point in about 2 years flat.

Good phone, great camera, working fine at this time.

I believe it was Andrew that assisted me. He was more than fantastic and because of him I will shop more frequently at Bestbuy.

I have never bought a phone from Best Buy before. I have always went directly to the carrier. Never Again. This process was quick, Friendly and efficient. Loving my iPhone 13.

Great phone so far! I didn’t want one, but when my IPhone 8 stopped charging, I got a newer one. Some learning to do, but I like it.

The staff were excellent in providing assistance in explaining and setting up our 2 new I-Phone 13s. No great deal on the prices since we are already in a family plan

So glad we went to Best Buy to get our new phones. Effortless transfer and excellent recommendations from our salesperson. Luckily a member of the Geek Squad.

So glad to be able to get a new phone. My other one was a few years old and I got a great deal for turning it in and getting a good rebate on it. I haven't had a chance to explore the camera options on this new phone but I am thrilled to have a new highly functional phone

Perfect gift for my daughter for Christmas!! The online purchase was simple. It was even ready earlier than expected. The drive up pick up was easy also.

The 13 Pro is another Apple success. Although I'm still gettting use to the differences from my last iPhone, I am very glad I made the switch.

I upgraded from the 7s plus, i’m so happy with it! It arrived way faster than if I had ordered from verizon. Much easier than going to the verizon store too.

My phone is terrific! But , Jalen was excellent as a helper and an employee of Best Buy! I won’t hesitate at all to recommend your store because of Jalen!

No issues wish the Beat But would of let me know it was a issue instead of me waiting for it to say ready and had to call cs to get things cleared up

I originally came in for the Iphone 11, which they didn’t haven’t. But the employee offered this phone and I absolutely love the Iphone 13 pro.

Great phone, but there's a glitch on the youtube app. There's random pop ups of videos playing. Had Tech support check it out, and all.was clear. I think in an apple bug that needs to be worked out. I researched this issue and other people had same problem.

Excellent phone. Great reception and easy to use. The screen is a little small for me but I have gotten use to it.
