A Fabulous phone. The cameras are amazing. Videos are supreme compared to my old iPhone 7. I highly recommend upgrading to the iPhone 13 pro.

Switched from a Samsung Note 20 plus and this is by far the worst phone I’ve ever owned. Must talk on speaker just to be able to hear. Volume automatically turns itself down after certain amount of time. Alarm doesn’t work in phone after multiple updates and resets. Phone reception is horrible in same areas my Samsung worked. I’m told people call me yet my phone never shows a missed call. I tried to let it grow on me but this is by far the worst decision I’ve made since Spring Break 2003 in South Padre.

In less than a month I've had to go to a Best Buy near work for diagnostics and repair. Unfortunately, I'm not super happy with the phone.

Ive had iphones since the iphone 3. I have never switched to android. Ive read alot of the “negative” comments saying the phone is bulky but the thing is, ive upgraded from a 11 & the 11 is way heavier & more bulky. I love how slim the iphone 13 pro is & its the fastest phone on the market period. I love the battery life & camera. If i could rate this 10 stars, i would. The ONLY thing i would change on these new phone are the back, i would give the option for a gloss back instead of just flat colors.

Bestbuy online service has serious bugs. I am able to write review for product I purchases, but its not showing in my account. I contacted Bestbuy but they kept my phone on hold and then disconnected it.

Received an open box IPhone 13 Pro. No factory seal or plastic wrap. Paid for a brand new phone but looks used. How do you return an open box that was sent open. Best Buy being shady!

My $999 phone was hacked in 2 days and all total tech could tell me was to reset my apple password. Good luck with that. Buyer beware.

Misinformation and incorrect adding of phone purchase at the store effected the length of time to get my trade in. Improved cameras

Everything I expected…..form, fit, functionality. Camera is great. A bit heavier but not enough to matter. Battery life is excellent.

Cinematic camera allows for crisp videos. Quality is amazing battery life is good as well

It’s kind of set up like my iPhone 6s for familiarity but I was full up on it. I like the fact that I can add all the apps that I need now. Can’t wait to take more pictures now. I love it.

I was trying to decide if I should upgrade but Best Buy gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Having 5G is awesome and the camera is great.

Camera is such an upgrade!!!! if you’re thinking about it, get it

First thing that I noticed is the notch is smaller. In IOS 15 transfer of data can be done from iPhone to iPhone, resetting the old phone can be done right after the process is complete. I think it is a very nice feature. Loved the Sierra blue color! The increase in camera bump is noticeable but once the phone is place in a case it goes away.
