Very pleased with the iPhone and Best Buy. Best Buy had a decent stock of cel phones to choose from. In the day of delayed supply lines. It is so great to stop in a store and walk out with a phone. Very helpful cel phone team. Great experience all the way around.

Same old features the only good thing is that I got it the same day I went to look for it and didn’t have to wait long

The volume is not as good as my iPhone XR not sure if my phone is defective or not…

As a long-time Apple customer, it was inevitable that I’d upgrade to the latest iPhone. Love everything about it…except the fact that I can’t use the included charging cable on a standard USB port.

I love the new Iphone.. and the color is really nice.. I bought a clear case so you could see it.. It works great and I have not had any issues with it so far.. I switched from an Android and have been SO glad that I did..

I love my new Apple iPhone I have been waiting for a very long time to get a new one. I had the Pro Plus but only went with the Pro this time. I like the smaller, lighter phone.

It has been over 3 years since i've purchased a new iPhone. my first iPhone was the iPhone 4. I have up graded every since. They just keep getting better and better!

The person who attended to our desire to trade in our iPhones and update them was very helpful. I just hope that the information he provided to us, which has now cost me over $30 per month in additional phone charges, is pretty accurate. Otherwise I will be very disappointed at the way this was handled and I will be happy to tell you so in person.

I absolutely love my iPhone 13 Pro and was very pleased by the employees at Best Buy. I have been lucky enough to buy a couple different products from there and they always go above and beyond.

Great phone. This is the third one of these for our family. We have been in the Apple Eco system for quite some time. Once you get in you can’t get out! Lol

Nice little improvements, amazing battery, and camera

I'm very happy with my iPhone I wish it was a bit smaller but overall, I'm very happy. Its fast for data and the camera has many functions.

I recently purchased this phone because I had an upgrade, so I decided to go with the pro instead of the pro max since my 12 pro max was huge and started hurting my hands. This is a great phone I just feel like the battery doesn’t last as long as my 12 pro max. Other than that I love the phone.

Love the newest phone edition. The process was even more smooth and streamline. I won’t go anywhere else to get my AT&T and IPhone upgrades.

Love this color. The new notch doesn't really change much but recommend this phone because of the 5G and upgraded camera features.

I am finding that BestBuy usually has the new phone’s in stock earlier than others. I also found out I got a better price.way to go
